ACTIVE Net Software


 

ACTIVE Net management software is used by thousands of YMCAs, nonprofit organizations, parks and recreation departments, campuses and local communities.

This software includes online registration, facility scheduling and online membership management features for tracking member data, including types, access passes and rates.

This solution is highly configurable, and because it’s web-based, hundreds of activity programs can be managed from a central location.

Customers can stay connected with secure self-service tools, while administrative dashboards deliver real-time insights to track and manage participants, view engagement metrics and discover opportunities to create more activity programs and events to get more people active.

Other features include a scheduling calendar—which allows users to view multiple facilities by day, week or month as well as set global “skip” days and holidays—and communication and email tools with list-building capabilities to target the right members.

Detailed information on receipts and reports. Able to look up information based on various ways.

Likes Least

The help and the glitches it encounters. It is not the most user friendly system.

Recommendations

Speak to others who do similar things on this system and see if it works for them.

Ease of use when product is established and set up.

Likes Least

Cost and exclusivity. Due to single option availability, they price their services pretty high.

Recommendations

Talk with Active, they are beginning to realize they've out priced themselves as new competitors enter the market.

Active.net provides a great deal of comprehensive information that enables us to consider many different alternatives and to make a more informed final decision.

Likes Least

We like using Active.net and we use it a lot. I have not heard any complaints but I could poll our employees and ask what they like the least. I'm guessing - nothing.

Recommendations

I suggest you try it and I think you will like it depending upon what your needs are and what you hope to achieve by using it.

It is user friendly. It was brought in by a member and was easy to show other peple how to use.

Organized program that is easy to read. I use it more during the summer season here than in winter.
