Doubleknot’s comprehensive suite of products helps nonprofits streamline online registrations, memberships, reservations, donations and ticket purchases to increase awareness of their mission and programs. This software is well-suited for zoos, museums, aquariums, clubs and associations and other types of mission-based organizations, regardless of size.
Doubleknot believes that the software nonprofits use should be as unique as their missions, so it has developed tools that can be customized to conform to existing business processes, as well as integrate with popular third-party fundraising, ticketing, email marketing and other applications.
Its constituent communications tools simplify everyday email marketing and communications tasks with donors, participants, volunteers and other supporters. Template-based newsletters can be used for appeals, event announcements and other promotions, while list management features enable organizations to target groups with filters such as interest and location. At the same time, analytics tools are available for tracking and reporting on important marketing metrics.
Finally, because Doubleknot is Web-based, its administrative software operates in any Internet browser, while the end-user-facing applications—event and class registration and membership purchases, for example—work in any browser on any platform.

It is flexible, and it's able to be used for a number of different events. It is easy to track and change participant information.
When there are errors, it takes quite a while to correct.
Use it for multiple events before making a final analysis.

Friendly UI. Friendly to end users as well.
There are limitations to the user interface, specifically, the merging of a similar user account doesn't appear to work.
I don't have any recommendations for other users.

Doubleknot will save your contact information and all events you have previously registered for.
A service fee is required to pay online, no fee if you can print the invoice and hand carry it to the event owner.
Try linking a checking account and the service fees can be avoided (usually).
