Duplie is a cloud-based nonprofit management application developed to manage fundraising campaigns and volunteer coordination activities for any size or type of organization.
The system’s core is a website builder offering theme customizations, vanity URLs, mobile and search engine optimization, social media integration and other features. The fundraising and volunteer modules integrate with the core.
Within Duplie’s fundraising module, users can create custom donation forms, enable peer-to-peer (P2P) campaigns, support sponsorships and recurring donations, communicate with donors and more. Social integration is included for sharing campaigns across online channels, while reporting tools let administrators analyze the results.
The volunteer management module allows administrators to add new volunteers, assign them to roles and create custom forms that capture volunteer information. Volunteers also have the option to view opportunities and sign up for roles themselves. Email and SMS/text notifications are generated automatically.
For an additional fee, this system supports API and third-party application integration.

This product works for all the aspects of my non profit. As we grow, the next level of features are already included. This product is easy to use, and works great. The UI is super clean. My favorite part is the dashboards!!
Getting it setup was a bit different. You actually can create your entire site in this platform. So the hardest part was me figuring out what I wanted to use if for.

The online scheduling was intuitive and easy to get started. The implementation was seamless with a diverse group of volunteers at all skill levels. And they love it! It truly made our lives easier so we can concentrate on our other initiatives. The support was top-notch and always available and willing to help.
The only drawback we encountered was the limited online documentation. But we called the vendor, and they helped us quickly.
I would have the support walk you through the navigation and functions. There's a lot that this product can do, that any organization can take advantage of. We just didn't know it all existed in a single tool.
