Personify360’s customer management module includes tools for tracking membership data, committees, awards and volunteers. Event organization features within its meetings and exhibitions module help planners schedule and manage meetings, speakers, housing and facilities.
The product's financial management module supports accounting processes, including accounts receivable, EFT and ACH processing and more. Other management modules manage product ordering and invoicing, education, subscriptions, certifications, fundraising and donors, marketing and analytics.
At the same time, Personify360’s mobile platform enables associations to build, modify and deploy branded mobile applications for use by staff and constituents.

The product is full featured and provides scalable options for varying size associations and nonprofits.
The out of the box package is clunky and not user friendly. Associations have varying lines of business the financial tables and financial setups are limited, if you use Personify as your system of revenue recognition.
Know the capabilities of your IT staff, plan to customize the product but updated your standard operating procedures to align with the use of the software because it does incorporate best practices.

The separate logins each time into the portal. It does not collect all of the info that I would like.

I can use it at work and not think about it or pay for it. Basically, I could care less.
It crashes at least once every six weeks or so or more often or less often.
Do your research and just because it's the cheapest doest mean it'll be the cheapest. You may lose more money in downtime and problems than you saved in initial purchase.
