Daniel Harris is a Market Research Associate who focuses on business intelligence and unified communications technologies. His work has been cited in dozens of notable publications, including Nature.com, Informationweek, Computer Weekly, Business News Daily and Telecom Reseller. He holds a Ph.D. in English from the University of Chicago, and his research on the role of physiological theory in the Victorian political novel has been published in the journal Nineteenth-Century Literature. After teaching English at the University of Chicago, Austin Community College and various other institutions, Daniel joined Software Advice in 2014.
