Yardi Store Enterprise offers self-storage software from the cloud and is designed for large, multi-facility ownerships, management companies and REIT’s.

The system provides multi-site reports to compare revenue for every site in an organization or region. It also includes organization and site administration tools that help manage revenue data and minimize. A proprietary tool for calculating and implementing automated rate changes based on occupancy statistics and other customizable indicators is already incorporated into Yardi Store Enterprise.

The open architecture allows for the companies to integrate the software with their partners, such as call centers, lead generators, credit card processors, tenant insurance providers, website aggregators and eCommerce website professionals.

Yardi Store Enterprise is based on the SaaS model, so a company’s data is secure and backed-up in the Yardi data centers.
