Excellent property solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Soft4RealEstate has strong financial reporting capabilities and was flexible to accommodate various different categories of Lease and property in a single solution, the extensibility options when viewed with the potential of leveraging the wider Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Power Platform capabilities are excellent.
PROSProperty management systems often have less impressive financial management, as they primarily built to answer the minimum financial requirements, often integrating with another Financial Ledgers solution. Soft4RealEstate is built on top of Microsoft's cloud ERP solution Dynamics 365 Business Central, giving it the best of both worlds.
CONSSoft4RealEstate tenant portal provides basic self service capabilities to tenants, and is straight forward to use, but could be more visually appealing and extended with lots of additional capabilities. I expect we will see this evolve over time to be more feature rich and offer an enhanced tenant experience.
Reasons for switching to SOFT4RealEstate
Legacy on-premises solution that did not provide flexibility or easy access to data for reporting and business intelligence. Wanted to migrate to a cloud-based solution as the foundation for onward innovation.

The framework for a whole real estate business automation
Enough intuitive interface, a lot of possibilities to filter, sort, group, export and so on. Good relation with Excel, helps a lot for common tasks for standard user. Very native enviroment for Windows users, low entry cost for learning. Due some efforts almost unlimited functionality.
CONSIn real business solution must be modified and these modifications usually are not fool's protected. Users can do untested tips and tricks and catch them is hudge time and a lot of efforts requiring testing. Not enought BI out of box.
