Support seemed quite good during the short time we used it, and the price was competitive compared with some other options we looked at. Was very impressed with the representative assigned to our account, who did our training. He made himself available after hours, and worked really hard to keep our account. Ultimately, however, we just ran into too many obstacles, and had to pull the plug.

Fairly rigid structure, especially compared to our current CRM, with very little capability for customization. The UI is not very user-friendly, especially on the accounting side. Synchronization with QuickBooks item descriptions was particularly problematic for us.


Testing, testing, and more testing. If possible, take a whole day, and recreate as many of your transactions and processes from the previous day as possible. There's no more surefire way to uncover problems, than to put the system through the paces of your ordinary business activity. We made the mistake of attempting a transition over part of a weekend, running into a workday, with only limited testing beforehand. Do not do this! Make a transition plan, which you can execute entirely while the business is shut down.
