SimplyBook.me is a cloud-based scheduling solution designed for service businesses in all industries.

SimplyBook.me provides a booking site so users can accept online and offline bookings, collect client feedback to optimize revenue and service performance and send email and SMS appointment reminders to both service providers and clients.

The tool allows users to send out promotions, set up recurring services, link service providers to all or select services and customize options for the booking site. Customization can include adding the booking system as an iFrame or adding a booking button to a website or Facebook page.

Clients can access the booking page from any device, make bookings at any time and have the ability to cancel bookings when necessary.

Subscription pricing is based on the amount of booking per month and the amount of custom features used. A free version of the tool is also available.

It coordinates students with instructors offering english and math workshops.

Pros

We have a slightly different situation than what the software was designed for, but it the design is flexible enough to work for us.

Cons

Again, because our situation is slightly different, we would like a different view in the booking screen. We would like to see all available appointment times on the calendar showing providers rather than having to first select the provider. But I understand that might not be best for most users.

The software is simple to use and easy to setup. The fact that there os a 24/7 help service help the customers a lot

Cons

Many missing features and service lack in several aspects:
1. The API slows our website a lot in Canada
2. Several features are missing such as number of openings remaining
3. Several features are missing such as generate several promo codes at once
4. Several features are missing such as properly choosing time slots for the arcade!

ease of booking and ability to allow this facility to my clients.

Pros

Easy to integrate works well and clients love it! I personally included the code on my website and now integrate it with my google calendar to never miss an appointment.

Cons

I'm not sure why iI have to log in twice to the account when I go to the website? I also would like to be able to put reminders on the google calendar sync.

Online access and a cool, professional interface

Pros

I like the ability to attach photos: we're booking recording studios and their names are a bit informal - pictures remove any ambiguity

Having to reapply every month for our free account - but that's not your fault :-)

Clients can book appointments 24/7 instead of normal 9-5 office hours, which has been a massive help as a lot of our clientele are in placements 9-5

Pros

Cheaper than the rest, relatively simple to set up, even for a technophobe like myself. Anything I struggled with was sorted quickly with online support

some issues exporting widget to our own website but we got around that in the end with the help of our internal support.

I am able to completely eliminate the job of receptionist for my business - bookings come in automatically online. I was able to start for free and as my business expanded I subscribed to a payment plan - my life has gotten easier with this software.

Cons

Sometimes there are glitches in confirmations not being sent to clients which can cause a bit of confusion.

A very affordable online scheduler, for appointments. I have an online appointment thing because I was told it is good to have on my website. Honestly, most of my customers just pick up the phone and call me.

The software allows us to manage the classroom remotely. It means that we don't have to have someone tied to a telephone all the time and being a very small team with a large working remit that is a great advantage.

It has great functionality and is easy for customers to navigate. The interface is attractive on both front and backend.

Cons

Would like for more functionality to come standard. Don't like that have to renew monthly. I would like a plain embed code so I can embed it easily into a standard HTML page.

Our clients, for the most part, had no problems booking their appointments, and the providers were able to manage their own schedules.

Cons

The basic features don't work at times. Can't batch change to Unblock clients. Client list search is basically useless because you can only search by Username, Email and Phone number. This doesn't allow you to search for a specific group of clients so I must enter variables in the Phone number field to find the group of clients I wish to extract. Have to use "live ammo" to test the setup. Lose all leftover bookings paid for after expiration of paid term.

Pros

I love the automated email reminders, and also the different options available for varied services.

Cons

I wish there could be a communication platform between customers and myself on the site. It would be great if people could leave a note when they booked an appointment. This would reduce the need for texting details. Instead, they could do this directly on the site.

We also have a lot of difficulties using this site on mobile devices. This is somewhat burdensome when customers want to book their appointments on mobile.

Customer service is great! Very helpful! The features are great as well..a lot to choose from as far as the options in paying online or in person.

Cons

There aren't half hour time options for class start and end times. Also it can be a little hard to figure out on your own, so many options...so I'm glad customer support is there.

Helped me to organise my schedule, it looks professional, it was easy for my interviewee to book themselves in and for me to collect the relevant information from them.

Pros

It send reminders, immediately alerts me of bookings and cancellations and reminds me 1 hour before - very helpful.

Cons

I don't like the ticks and unticking when putting in your availability. It's confusing (ticks and crosses) and i don't like it 'expiring' every month

We have up until now used a different system and found Simplybook on a search trough Google. We have just programmed it to our fir our business and needs and our impression, so far, is that it's easy to program and to use for our clients.

I have to say that our absolute best exerience so far is support though the Chat function offered by Simplybook.me. It's fast and the response is really helpful and accurate.

There are som issues regarding Approving (Extra features). If you need to use this option this is not "good" enough for companies with a lot of booking. But if you have a little volume of booking and always people that can approve the request at once/fast this feature will be perfect for you aswell.

The App possibility is a good asset.
And with some small more possibilities it will be greate.

I've been using Simply Book it for a while now and I'm a huge fan and really happy with the features and numerous integrations. I love the fact I can embed my booking form directly onto my website and add a tab to my Facebook page.
