TrackerRMS allows users to invoice clients directly for the time and resources needed for a project. The project dashboard is a centralized place to view the status of multiple projects as well as any recent changes, issues, or risks that need attention. Custom reporting and Gantt charting capabilities are also available.
The online resource portal gives project managers insight into employee timesheets, expenses, and any documents that have been uploaded. Everything can be exported to Excel to share amongst the team or with a client. TrackerRMS is also accessible via mobile devices and integrates with Microsoft Office, Gmail, and Microsoft Project.

My favorite feature is the shortlist which makes it easy to go back to candidates and match them accordingly. My recently viewed tab and to do list make it easy for me to stay on track and remember my conversations for the day.
My least favorite aspect of this software would be the amount of times you need to track your interviews, it can be rather repetitive checking off multiple functions for it to track properly in the system.
Give this software a try if you would like an easier way to go about organizing your candidates. Once you get the hang of how to track interviews it should be a breeze.
