Since then, their recruiting solutions have evolved with the industry to include Big Biller, their best-of-breed applicant tracking and recruiting software. By automating and organizing a recruiter’s daily workflow, Big Biller allows users to focus specifically on the tasks required to secure a hire. 

Big Biller was designed around a three-step system for fast data entry and quick, accurate searches. This powerful recruiting package comes with unique set of features and tools specific to the industry. Resumes can be emailed directly into the system. From there, the Premium Parser extracts all relevant information from the resume to create a candidate profile - eliminating any manual entry. The Contact Import Wizard imports Excel spreadsheets or .csv files into the database instantly. 

Once everything is uploaded into Big Biller, searching for candidates records, resumes, and documents is simple and fast. The system supports email marketing capabilities that can be targeted towards clients about their hiring needs or candidates about their job search. Big Biller also gives recruiters complete visibility of where candidates are in their pipeline and how quickly they’re moving along. We really like the Hotlist feature that tags groups and lists of people, companies, and jobs for quick reference. 

Big Biller is also web-based, so it’s affordable and flexible, making it a great option for any recruiting professional.

Big Biller is an easy, affordable Recruiting software that allows a small search firm such as ourselves to begin to build our own database. It allows us to keep all the information that we collect in the same place, and have it handy whenever we need it.

There is really nothing that I do not like about this product. The software itself, and the customer support makes it very easy to use.

Recommendations

Take a look at what your company needs. Going with the most expensive option, is not always the best option. There are a lot of quality Recruiting Software that can be used at an affordable cost.

Great processes and easy to use. Tracking the candidates progress and client feedback, has never been so easy. FAST and easy is the best way to describe Big Biller. I don't have time to document and with one click it goes into every file I need to post an activity to. And, the ongoing training they offer, is up to date and on point. I have learned allot about the trends and where the recruiting industry is heading.

On the job order, sometimes you have two to three hiring managers you need to review a candidate for a department. And, it only allows you to enter one email contact on job order. So, you have to remember who else has to have a Cc resume on the candidate you are submitting job for. Wish they could add button to add more hiring managers for job order.

advertising directly from site, clean interfaces, email templates, effective parsing is always accurate, pricing is excellent, support team is excellent as well. Entering new candidates is easy, classifying them is also easy and the fact that it is easy makes it more likely that it is going to happen. Many CRMs I have used repel one from using them as they are clunky and inefficient. I like that one doesn't have to enter information in multiple places.

I would like this product even more if it were integrated with GMAIL. At current, it only sycns with OUTLOOK. I am a google based shop and emails not being captured in the tool makes for a bit of a nuisance.

Recommendations

I tried to WING it and found that I needed the training, even though I have a lot of experience with CRM products. Every product has it's own little bits and pieces that are unique. Sign up for the training! It's useful!

I have worked with Top Echelon in the past. Although I did not purchase the product because I use another software at this time, I have used other products. The company is very customer friendly and explain how to use product.

Try some of the top software first and see which one fits your interests. Each software and plus and minuses and it depends on the your interest and needs.

During my free trial, I found Big Biller to be very easy to use and experienced no hassle in setting up a free trial. Adding contact information was seamless and was very intuitive for me. The pricing is inexpensive considering all the features you get. My experience was positive.

I decided not to go with Big Biller largely because the back office solution they offered with contract placement would not allow, for liability reasons, some of the types of contract placements that I would like to make in the future.

Recommendations

Looks at many options and don't assume the most expensive option is the best option. It often isn't.

Very easy to navigate through and understand and employees are very helpful and there to offer assistance immediately.

Some of the searches...I am not sure if it filters through and provides us with all of the candidates that we require from a specific search, I am weary that some critical candidates are missed. Also, don't like how Big Biller doesn't accept duplicate resumes. For example, if we send Jane Doe again, it bounces back, however, Jane Doe may have an updated resume that we would rather include. I think it should accept the duplicate and attach it to the profile already in Big Biller.

Web based, easy to use and fairly inexpensive. They offer a lot of training.

Support is spotty at best. No calendar integration so you have to dual entry into BB planner and your calendar. The mobile site does allow access to planner.

Recommendations

Margjnal product with spotty support. Pay specific attention to the shortcomings of the planner integration with calendaring function. Be aware the mobile site does not allow access to planner.

I am not a very technologically adept person, but I do work very hard on building my database and do rely on being able to send targeted mass emails. Big Biller is very user-friendly and does a great job in terms of making searches easy to run and consistent. I love the fact that I didn't have start up costs and that my monthly rate is so low. Big Biller is a great product and the customer service is outstanding! Also, I enjoy the free seminars.

Nothing really...I think there are a couple details that could make Big Biller perfect for my needs, but having used other much more expensive programs that were not as good as Big Biller, I would be nitpicking.

Big biller is a one stop shop for keeping track of candidate and client conversations. As a small firm a lot of the resumes that I had on my hard drive was not accessible from home computer so it limited my work to one computer. Big Biller has helped me have more freedom to work from any computer connection. I also love the pipeline management system.

I think it is better than Bullhorn and ZipRecruiter because you can post to job boards that feed into Indeed.com which is important in the staffing business.

The workflow is very simple. It allows a recruiter to focus on recruiting and not spend a lot of time on data management. The support you get from Big Biller is great, and I really like the chat feature with the technical folks.

I honestly can't think of anything i don't like about the product. They are doing updates to the system that make functionality better, and the ability to go back to a previous worked record is fantastic.

What I like best is the ease of use and ability to customize the software as needed. We also have Hiring Hook, which makes the job posting process as easy as 1 click. Tuesday's training sessions are conveniently scheduled and when I can't make it, they always have a recorded version I can watch at my convenience. Additionally, the people are absolutely amazing, including sales, support, website development, and accounting. Everyone is always so happy to hear from us and incredibly upbeat, no matter how picky we are. I always enjoy speaking with the company. And, they are very reasonable. When I have made errors, they have gone out of their way to assist me. I highly recommend Big Biller!

Try it! You have nothing to lose. It's competitive with other similar software programs, however I feel for the price I'm getting great value. Also, call support. Each time I've contact support to ask a "How To" question, I've learned something new that made our recruiting lives easier, such as Hot Lists, Customized Skills, Searches, Email templates, and much more.

This product really provides an all in one service for tracking clients and candidates. After reviewing competitors, I found Big Biller to offer a number of services surrounding a recruiter's needs to work efficiently with seamless effort.

You can't delete duplicate contacts; however, there is a way to make sure you do not duplicate before entering (user error).

Recommendations

I would recommend you make sure you can grow into your database and watch for additional fees associated with adding space, training fees and job sharing vendors from competitors.

They have exceptional customer support, and are very receptive to input/feedback from users. Big Biller ATS is developed by recruiting industry experts, so they understand the typical recruiters workflows. They also stay current with industry trends and update the software as frequently as realistically possible.

The Planner doesn't integrate with external calendar applications, requiring duplication of entries in Big Biller Planner and my preferred Google calendar application.

Recommendations

Find out what the developers of the ATS know about the recruiting profession, and how receptive and responsive the vendor is to customer input.
