There are a LOT of options and features in this system. The workflow is very easy to follow and learn. It is semi-customizable but will require a lot of back end work.
Search features are often confusing and there is often too much clutter/too many fields to fill in and be concerned about. We often leave a majority blank. I wish we could search by phone number as well as name/email.
