TRIS - Total Recruitment Information System is a recruiting agency software solution targeting small to medium-sized agencies. It is available for on-premise deployment. Key features include applicant tracking, candidate management, agency management and e-recruitment.
TRIS’s applicant tracking feature automatically tracks job openings, candidate details, résumés and contacts. Users can track applicants through multiple application processes. Information such as applicant availability, skills, test scores and previous interview results are stored in applicants’ profiles.
TRIS can import applicant CVs, parse them and send them to clients in a format that highlights relevant information. Applicants can be sorted by the skills and experience levels a particular client is looking for. TRIS then ranks those applicants based on how qualified they are for specific positions.
In its agency management application, TRIS allows users to set permissions so that the appropriate staff members can all view the same information. This solution integrates with Microsoft Outlook and accounting packages including MYOB, SAP, Xero and Reckon among others.
TRIS can be licensed in perpetuity or subscribed to on a per user per month basis. This solution is compatible with Windows systems. A mobile app is available for iOS.
