If you're starting to use Vincere, make sure you spend some time reading the articles in the Knowledge Base - this will help you learn how to use the system and get value from it as soon as possible.

Pros

Vincere is really user-friendly, which is obviously a big plus in terms of actually using the system to managing Candidates through the recruitment process and our relationships with clients. It's also comprehensive - you can use Vincere to manage pretty much everything.

Cons

Vincere regularly releases updates, which isn't a bad thing in itself, but sometimes the updates that they make can disrupt the processes that we're used to using inside the system.

Pros

If you've ever had to work with Bond Adapt or Bullhorn, Vincere is a streamlined, bug-free, fast loading and feature rich solution without all of the headaches that Bond and Bullhorn create.

We were able to rapidly integrate our email, add custom fields, configure email templates and import a few thousand candidates without any downtime or errors.

In the short time that we have used the product, we have already experienced two releases and the company is exceptionally good at communicating upcoming features that are in development and planned for deployment.

As with all technology, success comes from user adoption and Vincere is the first solution where I see my team have been using it to not only develop new business and maintain existing business but to make sure that we are delivering excellent quality candidates, fast!

Cons

The User Interface could do with a bit of modernizing, but at the end of the day, we're looking for functionality over form!

Great system. You can really see that Vincere has been built with a real purpose to it.
Their competitors should watch out- this is one platform that is evolving fast.

Pros

I like the ease of use. I have had experience in the recruitment industry for a number of years and have used quite a few different systems in my time. Vincere is very modern and is very easy to get going with.
I like the fact that it's so easy to add in tasks, comments and reminders.
The tracking and analytics are fantastic. As a manager, the reports are great,

Cons

A few minor teething issues here and there, as with any new system that you're getting used to. There is some duplication of work required when you set up meetings internally, but this is no big deal for us and the Vincere team are addressing it.

Check out Vincere and see the Job Board feature.

Pros

We have been using Vincere for almost 2 years. The system is excellent. The talent pools feature is well-developed and is super useful. Our favorite? Definitely the Job Board feature - we're actively using it to complement our website and it works so well.

Cons

We're not super IT savvy so sometimes it takes us a bit more time to understand how the features work.
I'd prefer if the system could be more customizable but overall the system is very well-structured.

Pros

I've been in recruitment for years and am used to working off of Excel sheets and my email inbox...what have I been missing out on, Vincere is an amazing platform!
I like the Instant Job Board feature. This is such a money saver for any small recruitment firm like mine. No other vendor has a similar feature.

Cons

None at this time. I have been, overall, impressed with Vincere- I'd like more tutorials in their Knowledge Base though.

Best customer service i have experienced fullstop

Pros

Good interface and APIs with google, LinkedIn etc. Basically, allows you to do everything from Vincere platform including emailing. Nice graphics showing what stage of process searches are at, I think this is a great ATS for a midsized -> large recruitment firm.

Cons

As a one-person firm with only 3 - 5 searches on the go it probably was a little overpowered for what I needed.

Value for Money

I’d really recommend Vincere because it focuses on the core of what recruitment is about – having visibility over your Jobs and Candidates, and being able to move them through the recruitment process. Too many ATS systems focus on social marketing and forget the most important thing, which is managing your Candidates from A – Z and getting them placed in a role.

Pros

I’ve tried lots of different ATS systems, and the thing that sets Vincere apart from the rest is its focus on pipeline. Vincere’s ATS is logically ordered and prompts you to take the right actions in the recruitment process, at the right time. The numbers on the pipeline also give you great visibility. I also really like the fact that it supports bulk emailing, and the reporting is also good. And finally, there aren’t bugs, which is great!

Cons

There are a few small things that I’d like to see improved in Vincere. The first is sending more than one Candidate at the same time (but this is coming in three weeks, so we’re not worried!). It would also be nice if the system was a little bit prettier, and very occasionally the parsing function doesn’t work quite as well as it normally does.

We have been using Vincere for the past 3 years and have enjoyed seeing the product evolve. We have had a great experience, Give them a try!

Pros

Our consultants like using it. This is obviously an important factor.
The fact that it has a CRM and ATS under one roof is key.
The management team get a lot of value out of the analytics and dashboards.

Cons

The parsing technology - as with all systems- can still require manual editing. It would be amazing if we could eliminate all manual data entry work but I know this is probably not going to be a reality until the technology improves in general.

Cons

Pros

Actually before I even started Turnpoint Consulting, I had heard about Vincere from someone in the industry with a big Japanese firm had been considering changing over to Vincere. So when I set up Turnpoint Consulting I took a look at it and wasn't disappointed. I'd heard so many good things about it from various people who had used it, that it was a no-brainer.

Cons

Well I didn't have any challenges because I had just started using the system but certainly I cannot function without Vincere.

Vincere is a flexible system: you'll get the most out of it if you learn the processes that Vincere supports and then apply your company's processes to Vincere's.

Pros

The thing that we like most about Vincere is how easy it is to manage the recruitment process - when you first find a Candidate you can immediately parse their resume without any manual data entry, and from then on the whole recruitment workflow is intuitive and easy.

Cons

We'd like to be able to customize the system a little bit more. It would also be good to be able to manage your schedule through the App - but this is coming in the next release, which we're really looking forward to.

The best way to use Vincere is to make the Job page in Vincere the hub of your recruitment process - if you work like this, everything else will flow naturally from there.

Pros

We find Vincere really user-friendly: the workflow makes a lot of sense, especially the Job pipeline. The way that the system is designed encourages you to direct your work through Vincere, which means that you use the system as the store of your information, rather than carrying it around in your head. Finally, as a Company, Vincere is approachable - you can build a relationship with them.

Cons

It'd be nice if Vincere improved the tasks feature - it'd be really great if they could include a recurring tasks feature. It would also be good to have the ability to filter Jobs by priority.

Value for Money

In general, Vincere is a really flexible system - the database is excellent and the back end is very good and very stable. There are a few grey areas, but Vincere is working on them and making them better - and listening to how their customers want the product to improve.

Pros

The thing that we like most about Vincere is that it's comfortable and easy to use. We're not yet fully-fledged users, but being able to manage everything - your Companies, Contacts, Jobs and Candidates - inside one system is just great.

Cons

It'd be nice if the resume template editor was a little bit more powerful. Similarly, there are a few features that would be nice to be able to disable (there are so many!).

It's definitely worth being patient and learning to navigate the system, because it's great to use once you know what you're doing. I'd also definitely suggest investing the time to properly set up and understand the Analytics - these are some really powerful tools and allow you to measure the performance of both your consultants and your company.

Pros

The biggest plus about Vincere is the Customer Support - they're fast to respond and really want to help their users understand how to use the system. Everything in the system is also really organized and easy to find - you can configure it so that you're seeing the information that you need see and consequently work more efficiently.

Cons

The Analytics are great, but they're quite complicated to configure. It would be good if there was a more comprehensive guide to configuring them online.

Value for Money

The great thing about Vincere is that we feel like we have truly been part of the evolution of the product - the team is always keen to get feedback and where possible will integrate your ideas into future releases…we love this, so keep up the good work!

Pros

Vincere has helped us by providing us with a true SaaS platform that can be accessed from any location on any personal computing device with a web-browser. With our business model we wanted a solution that would enable our workforce to be as flexible and mobile as possible and Vincere delivers on this front. We can access records on the move and work from any location in the world!

Our favourite feature is the job board that integrates seamlessly with our website and delivers candidates straight to our recruitment ATS. This makes it easy to share job posting on all social media platforms and means there is no need to manually upload CV’s to our database. We also love the LinkedIn integration.

Cons

There are only a few minor tweaks that we have already suggested to the product team. We're just waiting for it to get added to the coming release.

Pros

We spoke to a lot of vendors whilst selecting an ATS for our business. We narrowed it down to just 2: Workable and Vincere. We took a very thorough approach to assessing the vendors as we believe that choosing the right technology providers is an important part of our business strategy. Both are great products - but what really swung it for us was the level of support that we received from Vincere. It also helps that, as a APAC based business, we receive support in our timezone. Vincere have offices in Australia and Singapore which means they can be really responsive to business this side of the world.
The key-card to use choosing Vincere was definitely the responsiveness and attention to detail of their Customer Success team.

Plenty! It's easy to use, and really easy to organise your data in a way that makes it easy to find exactly the people you're looking for, fast. As a result, Vincere becomes a powerful tool for marketing, and we can run campaigns both inside the system and the data inside Vincere as the basis for campaigns that we run outside the system. Finally, the reporting is great!

Cons

The problems we've had with Vincere are the problems that you'll always have when moving system: we were used to the old system that we were using and inevitably switching to Vincere involved getting used to the product. Other than that, there's nothing specific that I find myself thinking that I wish the system could do.

Vincere has been very receptive to feedback. When you have users trying out new software, you can get a lot frustration- why it doesn't have this or where can I find that? Vincere has been very patient and forthcoming in dealing with all this. They have taken all our feedback onboard and are continually improving the product rapidly. They are putting the features and recruiters really use and not wasting our time with a bunch of things that we don't need.

Also from a practical perspective, it's super cost effective. The other platforms are simply too costly and they lack the flexibility or suitability for the market here in Japan - so Vincere ticks those boxes as well.

Cons

Improvements can be made to make the interface look less busy. It's a bit cluttered but it's getting better - they have a new release coming with the Calendar on the hompage so I'm really looking forward to the update.

I would also prefer to have more flexibility to configure custom fields and put it wherever we want.

We are a small but growing Australia based recruitment firm. My partners and I are all seasoned users of other recruitment CRMs. We did a lot of research into the right platform to use when we launched our own firm- we are pleased that we chose Vincere.

Pros

Once you're in to the system, moving candidates through the pipeline is really easy. Adding new consultants to our account is really simple and fast. The other big feature that we love is the Quick Job Board. This basically gives us a slick looking way to advertise all of our jobs to our website, at no extra cost above our Vincere licence fee. I like the fact that we make suggestions for improvements to Vincere and they are actually incorporated into the product roadmap. Not many tech providers actually listen to their customers and actually take their suggestions onboard. This is a great approach.

Cons

I find making an offer is too fiddly. I have spoken to the Vincere team and they're on to it.

I switched from Bullhorn to Vincere because I felt from day 1 that Bullhorn was clunky and unintuitive. Plus, Bullhorn is just ridiculously overpriced and Vincere offers a much more reasonable pricing model with shorter, flexible payment terms. An analogy for you: Bullhorn to Vincere as the equivalent of MYOB to Xero.

Pros

Great customer service and follow up. The Vincere team didn't forget about us once the deal was done, the contact has been regular and we appreciate that. Flexible, monthly payment plans- this is so important as recruitment can be up and down and I didn't necessarily want to be tied into a long and restrictive contract with my technology provider.

Cons

None so far, we're looking forward to getting to grips with the analytics and activity tracking capabilities inside the platform.

I love how easy Vincere is to use. We have 7 users in 3 countries and it's never been a problem to get them using the system effectively, and quickly. You have to focus to use the Analytics function, but it's still easy to use. In short, Vincere just makes sense.

I spent 3 months searching for the right system, and what set Vincere apart from companies like Bullhorn and JobScience was that I had all my questions answered quickly. You can find out a lot about how to use Vincere online and - when you can't - their Customer Success team is really responsive.

Cons

Not that many! If I could make any changes it would be to make the system more configurable - it would be nice to be able to personalize the Quick Job Board a bit more, for example.

Go for it! And don't be afraid to speak to their Customer Success team - they'll help you get the most from the system. I signed up for a trial of Vincere at 9am and had a demo at 11am on the same day...and that responsiveness hasn't changed now that I'm a customer.

I chose Vincere because I had a great trial experience. I like the interface, the pipeline flow just makes sense to me. The real kicker is that this comes in at such a reasonable price- very refreshing! reasonable price. Pipeline view is useful, very quickly see where everyone is. Chasing up to be done. . I'm also just getting started with the CRM side of the platform, which also has its own pipeline to track business development in. One other feature that has been a real win for my business is the Vincere Quick Job Board feature. It's such a quick and easy way to start posting jobs to your website, a value add for any small recruitment firm.

Pros

Quick Job Board feature- an instant website upgrade. Great feature.

Cons

None so far, I am glad I signed up with Vincere. The price point combined with features makes this a really attractive option for any recruitment business who takes their systems seriously.

Advice to Others

I recommend speaking to the team at Vincere and taking a closer look.

We used an in house system before and switched to Vincere since February. I have been very happy with the system.

Pros

One of the key features that we like about Vincere is Analytics- the Sales and Revenue Dashboard is very helpful.

Cons

Haven't seen any problems at this moment- so far the system has been working well. We still need more time to explore all features of Vincere.

Advice to Others

It's still early days for us but we have had good experience with the system so far. Recommend to check it out.

A major upgrade for anyone thinking of changing from Placement Partner. We've had a great experience and would recommend speaking with Vincere, especially recruitment firms in South Africa.

Pros

I run a South Africa based recruitment firm. We were previously using Placement Partner, a local software provider that services the South African recruitment market. We decided to switch after getting frustrated with Placement Partner. We wanted something with integrated email tracking, easy to use, better reporting. After looking at many different options we settled on Vincere. I am pleased to say that we are so glad we made this choice: my consultants love using this system, it has made their lives so much easier and, for me, it makes it simple to track what is happening inside my business. Every Monday in our weekly meetings, we just project Vincere on to the big screen and run through the pipeline and dashboard reports. My consultant like that face that Vincere is quick and easy to use: what used to take 4 clicks to achieve in Placement Partner takes 1 inside Vincere.
Another fantastic feature is the Quick Job Board- we integrated this on to our website and are delighted with the results. It is fully integrated with LinkedIn, so easy to set up and looks great on mobile.

Cons

None so far. Once we got over the initial change of getting used to a new system we've been enjoying Vincere.

There are two things I really like about Vincere. First, it's an intuitive system - when you move over, it's easy to understand how the processes work and to start using it manage Candidates. Second, it's designed for recruiters: the workflow is natural and reflects how recruitment companies work.

Cons

The Knowledge Base could be improved - it's nice to be able to use all the features and sometimes it's hard to find out how!

Advice to Others

I'd definitely recommend Vincere - and suggest that anyone who starts using it thinks carefully about how they're going to use Vincere to help grow their business.

I've used a lot of systems over the past 10-12 years, including various versions of Adapt, in-house systems. C Compared to other systems, Vincere has much more depth of features and functionality- you can do a lot with this system. For example, as an administrator of Vincere I can customise and add new bits and pieces on an ad hoc basis which is really handy.

Pros

Loads of features. We like the Quick Job Board integration- in fact, we've incorporated it into our new website design. Great support- really appreciate that Vincere have really engaged with us and want us to be successful with their platform...many other systems make it hard to get help, with Vincere it's been the opposite.

Cons

Happy so far. I've mentioned a few suggestions to Vincere and the team are all over it. Now, my focus is to make sure that all our consultants really engage with Vincere so we can get 100% of the value out of the system.

Advice to Others

Give them a try, no question.

I come at this from a technical perspective as I have been working on getting my organization up and running with Vincere, overseeing the data migration and roll out process. Our previous system was old so Vincere means a significant upgrade in technology for our business. This is a fantastic system.

Pros

Very modern.
Great support. The Customer Success team have been very responsive with a super attitude and a sensible approach.

Cons

None.

Advice to Others

Go for it.

Vincere's UI and UX is top of the class and every feature is super useful. Reading email can be easier, I should have the next button instead of having to x the current box and click on the next unread email.

We were looking for a system that offered us a lot of functionality at a good price point. As a growing firm, value is really important to us.

Pros

KPI console: very interesting feature for us. Great way of tracking activity and revenue.
Tracking: it's easy to track everything, all activity and revenue. It is great to be able to get some transparency, and to be able to hold our team to account.
Pipeline: we like that you can see what is happening in each job, by stage.

Cons

The system is highly configurable- but we'd like to be able to also tailor the names on the ATS pipeline. We've spoken to the team at Vincere and there are some work arounds here for us to explore, so we're happy.

Advice to Others

We recommend checking out Vincere- give it a try!
