Vincere is a cloud-based recruitment platform that is suitable for recruitment agencies of all sizes. Vincere presents its client and customer workflow in pipeline form to facilitate the monitoring of relationship management and applicant tracking processes.

The client pipeline helps users obtain jobs and turn prospect companies and contacts into clients. The candidate pipeline allows users to manage candidates in any given stage of the recruitment process, from shortlisting candidates to placement and invoicing.

Additional features include search capabilities, email integration, data importing and analytic dashboards. Vincere allows users to conduct contextual, table and text searches. Gmail, Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 work with Vincere’s plugins.

Vincere can be purchased by businesses at a per user per month rate. Users can also get online support or one-on-one training sessions with dedicated account managers.

Pros

As an agency, we are forward-thinking and tech savvy. Social sourcing, web 3.0 tools, mobile applications, and the like excites us! Technology has enabled us to innovate our headhunting practices and work smarter. This is where Vincere comes in which we believe is a step towards further innovation. Vincere allows us to track everything from sourcing to placement and even to invoicing of clients – allowing our recruiters to do more in less time. Before Vincere, we were using several, disconnected digital tools, but Vincere understands recruitment and proved to be more efficient for our recruitment team.

Vincere has streamlined our recruitment process massively. Before Vincere, we used Google Drive and Dropbox to store candidate related documents. These tools get the job done but ultimately, they are not built for recruitment. The lack of visibility meant that it was difficult to track progress from receiving candidates to job offer. With Vincere’s features built specifically for recruitment, it aligns with how our recruiters see their work.

Cons

Nothing bad to say really. We've been using the system for just over half a year and are enjoying it so far.

Great analytics. I can really see the value of the different reports and dashboards inside Vincere. I am excited about the strategic insights this will give us across the business, such as getting a grip on our conversion rates, turnaround times. I also like the fact that my consultants can streamline their own processes with Vincere and understand which clients are worth investing their efforts in and which don't offer good ROI.
Vincere is definitely much better than the previous system we were using. I've had a lot of demos and did my homework before deciding on a platform. Vincere is the right choice for a growing business like mine.

Cons

It could be prettier....but this pales in comparison to the fact that the Vincere team are constantly adding in new and innovating features. I am also looking forward to some of the enhancements to the calendar.

If you want to get the most of the system, make sure you really learn what all the features are and how you can use them to help you on a day-to-day basis. Also make sure to stay in touch with the Vincere team to find out about upcoming updates - they're always useful and updates are heavily influenced by customer feedback.

Pros

Ease of use is massively important if you want to use your ATS on a daily basis, and this something that Vincere gets absolutely right. Similarly, it's incredibly comprehensive and allows you to manage everything relating to your recruitment operations. Finally the analytics are really thorough and are massively helpful for me when I'm judging my performance.

Cons

When you first start using the system, the UI can be a little bit confusing - but this quickly changes when you've been using the system for a bit of time.

A great way to collaborate and coordinate across a team. Vincere will certainly help you manage your processes.

Pros

We wanted a software provider that offered monthly billing at an affordable price point. We found it in Vincere. We reviewed most of the options on the market, including Zoho, LinkedIn but Vincere was clearly the best in terms of product and pricing. It definitely helps us work as a team and manage both the business development and candidate management pipeline.

When you first start using Vincere, make sure you use it! You'll learn how to use the system by practice, so don't be afraid to make some mistakes at first.

Pros

Vincere has a really wide variety of functionality: email templates are a massive plus, as is the connection between Vincere and LinkedIn. I also really like the Job Board feature, which allows us to connect Vincere to our website and post Jobs quickly. In short, Vincere allows you to save a lot of time and effort.

Cons

Not many! I haven't been using the system for long, but so far I haven't found anything that doens't do what I'm looking for.

Pros

Vincere is really user-friendly, which is obviously a big plus in terms of actually using the system to managing Candidates through the recruitment process and our relationships with clients. It's also comprehensive - you can use Vincere to manage pretty much everything.

Cons

Vincere regularly releases updates, which isn't a bad thing in itself, but sometimes the updates that they make can disrupt the processes that we're used to using inside the system.

If you've ever had to work with Bond Adapt or Bullhorn, Vincere is a streamlined, bug-free, fast loading and feature rich solution without all of the headaches that Bond and Bullhorn create.

We were able to rapidly integrate our email, add custom fields, configure email templates and import a few thousand candidates without any downtime or errors.

In the short time that we have used the product, we have already experienced two releases and the company is exceptionally good at communicating upcoming features that are in development and planned for deployment.

As with all technology, success comes from user adoption and Vincere is the first solution where I see my team have been using it to not only develop new business and maintain existing business but to make sure that we are delivering excellent quality candidates, fast!

Cons

The User Interface could do with a bit of modernizing, but at the end of the day, we're looking for functionality over form!

I like the ease of use. I have had experience in the recruitment industry for a number of years and have used quite a few different systems in my time. Vincere is very modern and is very easy to get going with.
I like the fact that it's so easy to add in tasks, comments and reminders.

Cons

A few minor teething issues here and there, as with any new system that you're getting used to. There is some duplication of work required when you set up meetings internally, but this is no big deal for us and the Vincere team are addressing it.

We have been using Vincere for almost 2 years. The system is excellent. The talent pools feature is well-developed and is super useful. Our favorite? Definitely the Job Board feature - we're actively using it to complement our website and it works so well.

Cons

We're not super IT savvy so sometimes it takes us a bit more time to understand how the features work.
I'd prefer if the system could be more customizable but overall the system is very well-structured.

I've been in recruitment for years and am used to working off of Excel sheets and my email inbox...what have I been missing out on, Vincere is an amazing platform!
I like the Instant Job Board feature. This is such a money saver for any small recruitment firm like mine. No other vendor has a similar feature.

Good interface and APIs with google, LinkedIn etc. Basically, allows you to do everything from Vincere platform including emailing. Nice graphics showing what stage of process searches are at, I think this is a great ATS for a midsized -> large recruitment firm.

Cons

As a one-person firm with only 3 - 5 searches on the go it probably was a little overpowered for what I needed.

Vincere offers the most useful features of any ATS I've tried

I’d really recommend Vincere because it focuses on the core of what recruitment is about – having visibility over your Jobs and Candidates, and being able to move them through the recruitment process. Too many ATS systems focus on social marketing and forget the most important thing, which is managing your Candidates from A – Z and getting them placed in a role.

Pros

I’ve tried lots of different ATS systems, and the thing that sets Vincere apart from the rest is its focus on pipeline. Vincere’s ATS is logically ordered and prompts you to take the right actions in the recruitment process, at the right time. The numbers on the pipeline also give you great visibility. I also really like the fact that it supports bulk emailing, and the reporting is also good. And finally, there aren’t bugs, which is great!

Cons

There are a few small things that I’d like to see improved in Vincere. The first is sending more than one Candidate at the same time (but this is coming in three weeks, so we’re not worried!). It would also be nice if the system was a little bit prettier, and very occasionally the parsing function doesn’t work quite as well as it normally does.

Our consultants like using it. This is obviously an important factor.
The fact that it has a CRM and ATS under one roof is key.
The management team get a lot of value out of the analytics and dashboards.

Cons

The parsing technology - as with all systems- can still require manual editing. It would be amazing if we could eliminate all manual data entry work but I know this is probably not going to be a reality until the technology improves in general.

Pros

The first thing that comes to mind: ease of use. It's such an intuitive system for new users. They also have good integrations like the LinkMatch-LinkedIn chrome extension which I find useful.

Cons

Actually before I even started Turnpoint Consulting, I had heard about Vincere from someone in the industry with a big Japanese firm had been considering changing over to Vincere. So when I set up Turnpoint Consulting I took a look at it and wasn't disappointed. I'd heard so many good things about it from various people who had used it, that it was a no-brainer.

Vincere is a flexible system: you'll get the most out of it if you learn the processes that Vincere supports and then apply your company's processes to Vincere's.

Pros

The thing that we like most about Vincere is how easy it is to manage the recruitment process - when you first find a Candidate you can immediately parse their resume without any manual data entry, and from then on the whole recruitment workflow is intuitive and easy.

Cons

We'd like to be able to customize the system a little bit more. It would also be good to be able to manage your schedule through the App - but this is coming in the next release, which we're really looking forward to.

I have used several over the course of my career, including Colleague and Placement Partners. I like Vincere because it is user-friendly and streamlined. I like the fact you can do multiple actions in 1 screen, without having to open a million tabs. I can open, edit, schedule an interview,add notes and set up a task against a candidate- all in a single screen, in 1 flow. You can take a lot of actions simultaneously.

Cons

Sometimes the parsing can be hit and miss, but it's generally pretty quick and easy to do stuff you need to get done.

Cool system, definitely check it out!

Pros

I have used several systems in my time- including Bullhorn which I really loved. Vincere is everything that you want a system to be- streamlines, simple and really transparent. The pipeline is helpful at showing you where you're at with things, the KPIs and stats are also very strong. You can see exactly where you're falling short and where you need to ramp things up.

Cons

There is some manual data entry that could be gotten rid of, but it's generally pretty easy to just pick up and learn on the fly.

We really like that the team at Vincere are responsive and totally open to making the system better and better. I had previously used Salesforce.com platform- you could tell that it was not deigned for recruitment and is not truly fit for purpose. Then I used a very good, in-house system- mind you, they'd invested millions into it! We like that Vincere gives us what we need ata really great pricepoint.

To get the most out of Vincere, make sure you know what you want from the system - what fields are essential for you and how do you want to trac performance. Once know this, work out how the system can meet your goals.

Pros

Vincere's Analytics are excellent. First, the KPIs are configurable, which means that it's easy to measure your consultants' performance on the basis of the metrics that you know are important for you business. The Analytics reports also give you real oversight of your business. Vincere's Customer Service is also excellent - both attentive and responsive. Finally, Vincere is constantly improving: they release new updates on a regular basis to make the system better for users.

Cons

The UI could be tidied up a little bit, and it would be nice to have some more customisation options. As with any piece of software, there's also the occasional bug. Finally it would be nice to tag Candidate or Contact notes to Job records - but this is appparently coming in a future release.

If you're a new Vincere user, I'd suggest making sure that you get in touch with their Customer Success department - they're friendly, responsive and more than happy to help a new user with any questions they have about the system.

Pros

I found Vincere really user friendly - it's an easy product to use if you're new to using a CRM because so many of the functions are intuitively placed. This makes it really easy for a new user to learn the ropes without too much assistance. The Analytics are also an invaluable feature - they give great insight into both thee performance of the Company and of individual consultants.

Cons

It would be nice if you could customise Vincere a little bit more - this would make it even easier to use. However, the team at Vincere tell us that more customisation options are coming soon!

Very useful tool to track revenue, great if you're managing a small team.he talent pools are a feature that I really enjoy and find super useful. It's easy to group candidates and refer back to them when a suitable role comes in. We use Vincere to track revenue. We also use the Instant Job Board and Candidate Portal features on our website.

As with any system, you need to explore it to work out how it works and what it can do for your business. With Vincere, this is definitely worth the time and effort!

Pros

Vincere comes with everything that a recruiter could want, and is also easy to use and has excellent performance. The team at Vincere is also regularly updating the system to bring in new features. Finally, the support is excellent and customer input is taken seriously and actioned.

Cons

So far, there's quite literally nothing that I don't like about Vincere. It's a great system and I'd recommend it to anyone!

Good customer service and training, very pleasant team to deal with. Looking forward to getting to grips with the analytics and exploring the candidate portal feature which is coming in July.
The onboarding and training process was great. Our trainer was very pleasant, very helpful and patient. I've been impressed with how things have progressed. The crucial thing for me is that my team like to use Vincere- this is obviously critical!

Pros

I've been using Vincere for the past few (2/3) months. We have already grown from a couple of licences up to roughly 9. There is no doubt that Vincere has a lot of features inside it that are designed to help businesses grow. This is a really comprehensive platform. You have a lot of options in how you want to set up or configure your Vincere account.

Cons

I'd have preferred for the Vincere team to have pre-loaded all my industry/skills/functional expertise tags for me.

We spoke to a lot of vendors whilst selecting an ATS for our business. We narrowed it down to just 2: Workable and Vincere. We took a very thorough approach to assessing the vendors as we believe that choosing the right technology providers is an important part of our business strategy. Both are great products - but what really swung it for us was the level of support that we received from Vincere. It also helps that, as a APAC based business, we receive support in our timezone. Vincere have offices in Australia and Singapore which means they can be really responsive to business this side of the world.
The key-card to use choosing Vincere was definitely the responsiveness and attention to detail of their Customer Success team.

Plenty! It's easy to use, and really easy to organise your data in a way that makes it easy to find exactly the people you're looking for, fast. As a result, Vincere becomes a powerful tool for marketing, and we can run campaigns both inside the system and the data inside Vincere as the basis for campaigns that we run outside the system. Finally, the reporting is great!

Cons

The problems we've had with Vincere are the problems that you'll always have when moving system: we were used to the old system that we were using and inevitably switching to Vincere involved getting used to the product. Other than that, there's nothing specific that I find myself thinking that I wish the system could do.

I'd really recommend Vincere because it focuses on the core of what recruitment is about having visibility over your Jobs and Candidates, and being able to move them through the recruitment process. Too many ATS systems focus on social marketing, and forget the most important thing, which is managing your Candidates from A - Z and getting them placed in a role.

Pros

Ive tried lots of different ATS systems, and the thing that sets Vincere apart from the rest is its focus on pipeline. Vinceres ATS is logically ordered and prompts you to take the right actions in the recruitment process, at the right time. The numbers on the pipeline also give you great visibility. I also really like the fact that it supports bulk emailing, and the reporting is also good. And finally, there arent bugs, which is great!

Cons

There are a few small things that Id like to see improved in Vincere. The first is sending more than one Candidate at the same time (but this is coming in three weeks, so were not worried!). It would also be nice if the system was a little bit prettier, and very occasionally the parsing function doesnt work quite as well as it normally does.

Vincere has been very receptive to feedback. When you have users trying out new software, you can get a lot frustration- why it doesn't have this or where can I find that? Vincere has been very patient and forthcoming in dealing with all this. They have taken all our feedback onboard and are continually improving the product rapidly. They are putting the features and recruiters really use and not wasting our time with a bunch of things that we don't need.

Also from a practical perspective, it's super cost effective. The other platforms are simply too costly and they lack the flexibility or suitability for the market here in Japan - so Vincere ticks those boxes as well.

Cons


Improvements can be made to make the interface look less busy. It's a bit cluttered but it's getting better - they have a new release coming with the Calendar on the hompage so I'm really looking forward to the update.

I would also prefer to have more flexibility to configure custom fields and put it wherever we want.

Advice to Others

It's exciting to see where Vincere will be in a year or two from now. I look forward to continuing to work with Vincere and use that as the machine that fuels our recruitment business.

We are a small but growing Australia based recruitment firm. My partners and I are all seasoned users of other recruitment CRMs. We did a lot of research into the right platform to use when we launched our own firm- we are pleased that we chose Vincere.

Pros

Once you're in to the system, moving candidates through the pipeline is really easy. Adding new consultants to our account is really simple and fast. The other big feature that we love is the Quick Job Board. This basically gives us a slick looking way to advertise all of our jobs to our website, at no extra cost above our Vincere licence fee. I like the fact that we make suggestions for improvements to Vincere and they are actually incorporated into the product roadmap. Not many tech providers actually listen to their customers and actually take their suggestions onboard. This is a great approach.

Cons

I find making an offer is too fiddly. I have spoken to the Vincere team and they're on to it.

Advice to Others

No hesitation in recommending Vincere.

Vincere has been really effective so far. Pipeline view is super useful- I like that I can tell right away which stage the candidates are at. I use LinkedIn Search in Vincere on a daily basis and I really like this search tool.

Cons

The system is efficient itself so I don't have much problem right now- just had a question on the User Activities and KPI dashboards.

Advice to Others

I would definitely recommend Vincere because it's very helpful especially to monitor candidates.

I switched from Bullhorn to Vincere because I felt from day 1 that Bullhorn was clunky and unintuitive. Plus, Bullhorn is just ridiculously overpriced and Vincere offers a much more reasonable pricing model with shorter, flexible payment terms. An analogy for you: Bullhorn to Vincere as the equivalent of MYOB to Xero.

Pros

Great customer service and follow up. The Vincere team didn't forget about us once the deal was done, the contact has been regular and we appreciate that. Flexible, monthly payment plans- this is so important as recruitment can be up and down and I didn't necessarily want to be tied into a long and restrictive contract with my technology provider.

Cons

None so far, we're looking forward to getting to grips with the analytics and activity tracking capabilities inside the platform.

Advice to Others

I definitely recommend speaking to Vincere- they offer a free trial, give them a whirl!
