It delivers enterprise functionality that works across all channels, integrating core functions - point of sale, customer management, back office and inventory management - into a single solution. Merchant gives business owners the tools necessary to make fast, strategic decisions to improve operation performance and increase profitability.

Designed by retail experts specifically for the specialty retail industry, Merchant can be configured for a number of specialty chains, including apparel and fashion, footwear/shoes, toys and hobby shops and sporting goods, just to name a few. It gives specialty retailers additional features to successfully run a chain: integrated open-to-buy, service and repairs management and tracking, rental functionality, special ordering, complete order fulfillment and easy tracking of remote stores and events, like "pop-up" or seasonal stores.

At the store level, users can view and manage staff performance with easy-to-generate time, attendance and productivity reports. The system also helps cashiers both cross- and up-sell by allowing them to quickly find customer preferences and make recommendations. At the corporate level, Merchant helps companies save time during performance analysis with more than 300 predefined reports. At this level, Merchant can push or pull data at any time, so things like price changes and promotions are "live" almost immediately, with no action needed by in-store personnel.
