POSimplicity, created by Key Register LLC, is a retail management system created specifically for small businesses. It’s offered as a cloud-based control panel and on-premises touchscreen app and contains a full suite of applications. In addition to the core Point of Sale module, POSimplicity offers inventory management, customer management, employee time-clock, and e-Commerce (including shopping cart integration).

POSimplicity can cater to the needs of merchants in many industries, including quick-service restaurants, liquor stores, jewelry shops, wireless retailers, and more. It supports multiple inventories and tracks a lot of valuable customer information like payment history, purchase history, and accrued rewards points. The system also keeps track of employee hours.

POSimplicity offers different several pricing packages, and can be run entirely from a tablet. Hardware is available for additional costs through the vendor. There are no contracts.
