An unlimited amount of custom fields can be created to analyze any product, customer, or entire store.

RICS Enterprise includes customer loyalty and frequent buyer programs, and it tracks all customer purchase history. It also integrates with debit, credit, and gift card programs to improve checkout speeds and reduce manual errors. Employee and sales data can be quickly analyzed in the dashboard to find what promotions and techniques are working, and which ones aren’t.

The system is offered at a low start-up cost and a monthly service fee for data hosting. It can easily be scaled along with business growth because of its web-based deployment. Users can also conduct off-site events and sales interactions anywhere there is an Internet connection.

For support, RICS is able to provide software upgrades automatically and constant technical assistance for its Cloud-based retail software application.

Pleasantly surprised by ease of use and functionality

Ease-of-use

It's very intuitive, and there are a lot of opportunities for defaults. Reporting criteria very simple to comprehend and utilize.

Functionality

Both the front end POS and back end customer management and inventory management are easy to use and provide great reporting.

Product Quality

I'm specifically impressed with the ease of installing updates. It's simply automatic, and we haven't experienced an issue yet with upgrades.

Customer Support

With the few support calls we have had to make, we have found them friendly and helpful.

Likes Best

The POS module is very intuitive and easy to learn then utilize. The reporting capabilities are excellent for either a small business like mine or larger enterprises. I can now provide much improved customer satisfaction and manage my inventory. All the people from sales, training, and support are excellent to work with.

I haven't found anything negative about my experience thus far.

Recommendations

I do believe the software is designed more for footwear than for other retail products.
