StoreLIVE! is a point of sale solution for small to midsize retail businesses in a variety of markets. It can be deployed as either a cloud-based or on-premise service. Key features include a point of sale system and inventory management. It is also able to support features such as weight scales, barcode scanning, label printers and touch screens.

StoreLIVE! allows users to change prices on groups of items by fixed or percentage amounts and schedule future price changes. The item database supports advanced search, tracking of item information, multiple item types and detailed pricing information. Users can automatically transfer vendor invoice information to Quickbooks as a payable invoice.

StoreLIVE! can be purchased with a perpetual license, which is sold per terminal. It is only available in the US and is only compatible with Windows operating systems. On-site or remote installation and training is available.

We utilize the StoreLIVE POS in multiple locations. We have the software located on the cloud on a virtual server and we are very pleased with the speed and performance. We are able to track inventory real time as well as identify items getting ready to expire that need to be put on sale to move.

This solution has provided us to work remotely no matter where we are. I actually utilized while out at sea traveling to multiple countries and it was as if I was still in my office.

A very solid product that continues to add features. Availability of additional features sometimes is delayed.

We have been using StoreLive for several years. We also use the integration feature with Plum software to manage our service scales. StoreLive is easy for the cashiers to learn and use. The management features are also easy to navigate and very useful.

We utilize StoreLive in an independent small market and deli setting. We also have a bulk food department and depend heavily on StoreLive's PLUM integration to synchronize our deli, produce, and bulk food scales. Check-out procedures are modern and efficient and cashier training is straightforward. Menus at the register are easily customizable. User interfaces are user-friendly. Scheduling of promotions is easy and a large variety of promotion types is available. We utilize the QuickBooks integration which is quite useful for accounting.

Pros

The most exceptional aspect of StoreLive is the excellent support from a competent and courteous team of developers and technicians. Issues are resolved quickly and custom reports and features are developed to our needs at a reasonable cost. Support contracts are a great value.

Advice to Others

You will not find a better POS product at this price point. It will save labor, help efficiency, and give a better understanding of how your business is doing. Worth the investment.

StoreLive! It is an all around user-friendly system that is adaptable and scalable and has all the features and tools we were looking for as a new business that will grow with our business. We were able to get up and running with plenty of training in a very short time.

Pros

Customer service is critical for us, and they are there when we need them. For us to train new cashiers on the POS system is fairly short and simple; maybe 30-45 minutes at the most. Huge advantage for those tied to Dutch Valley as a supplier.

Advice to Others

Investing in the StoreLive! system may seem costly, but this system will save you much money over the years. Shrinkage, pricing errors, ability to track customer purchases, just to name a few reasons.
