Excellent POS & Inventory Management System!
We utilize StoreLIVE! at our country market and grocery outlet locations. The POS software has rich features that allow our buyers to have a deeper understanding of items moving through the stores and the customers that purchase them. I have found the support team from StoreLIVE! to be very responsive and thorough. Overall this has solved our inventory and POS requirements. I would recommend this software to any retail company that wants to remain agile and offer excellent value to their teams and customers.
CONSNone that stand out aside from software version updates could include a clearer change log.
Reason for choosing StoreLIVE!
The decision was because StoreLIVE! understood our Country Market better and so provided a better value. Tools and training are very logical from StoreLIVE!. Ultimately the StoreLIVE product solved our business needs.

Customization. Prompt. Knowledgeable. Secure. Expensive
StoreLive! is the only POS software that Brecknock Orchard ever used, so we do not have any other experience to compare it to.
PROS1. Customization The ability to customize the software to fit our business needs is fantastic. They customized the background color, scale format, added larger customer-facing displays, and did extra to work with our credit card processor. 2. Prompt All of the customizations and support questions were answered promptly. 3. Knowledgeable All of there staff are knowledgeable. However, two of them are obviously more knowlegdable with the StoreLive! software and technology in general. 4. Secure The system is very secure and never sees the credit card information. When handling sensitive information, security is critical.
CONS1. Expensive The upfront cost is high, however, the system is designed to last for years. Therefore making the system less expensive than other options in the long run. I put it as a con because it could be a drawback for some.

We use Store Live for Point of Sale as well as back end management. The guys at Good's Tech are good
The point of sale part of the software is very stable. We have had very few issues with it. Also the guys in the office are very good to work with. They will do their best to resolve any issues, although some are much more knowledgeable than others.
CONSThe back end management part of Store Live is difficult to learn and is not intuitive at all. Design could be improved to make it more user friendly.

Solid POS System with Exceptional Support
We utilize StoreLive in an independent small market and deli setting. We also have a bulk food department and depend heavily on StoreLive's PLUM integration to synchronize our deli, produce, and bulk food scales. Check-out procedures are modern and efficient and cashier training is straightforward. Menus at the register are easily customizable. User interfaces are user-friendly. Scheduling of promotions is easy and a large variety of promotion types is available. We utilize the QuickBooks integration which is quite useful for accounting.
PROSThe most exceptional aspect of StoreLive is the excellent support from a competent and courteous team of developers and technicians. Issues are resolved quickly and custom reports and features are developed to our needs at a reasonable cost. Support contracts are a great value.
