Front Desk helps manage online booking, client signup, monthly payment collection and client notification distribution. The use of coupons, discounts and credits is supported. Front Desk is also capable of payroll management.

Front Desk offers reporting and analytics features to help organize client details and analyze trends. Users can add new client information, track client details and manage customer relationships. Additional notes can be added to the client profile by the user.

Front Desk is accessible on any device and is compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). It also integrates with third-party applications such as MailChimp and Emma for email marketing, Docusign and Digital Waivers for sales and marketing automation and Google Analytics.

I've since recommended that another gym I work in use this program


I have worked with similar programs in the past and NOTHING compares!! We find it extremely easy to use, and the Front Desk staff is so kind and helpful would recommend Front Desk to everyone!!


Perhaps if there are ways to better filter/customize same client fields. I see that this is a common "issue."
