Consistently listed as on of the Top 100 Logistics Companies, Cadre Technologies utilized more than 10 years of industry experience to develop Cadence WMS, a comprehensive Warehouse Management System that offers improved inventory visibility and logistics management across collaborative supply chains.
With Cadence, companies have an advanced, versatile solution to streamline and optimize their logistics operations, transforming disparate warehouse operations into a cohesive, profitable logistics and fulfillment business. Cadence is a great fit for businesses handling multiple clients, multiple locations and multiple business models, allowing users to quickly take orders from multiple sources and then process them in real time, including automating shipping and billing.
Suited to 3PLs of all sizes, Cadence WMS also supports fulfillment companies of any size, as well as distributors in just about any industry. Pricing is based on concurrent users and the solution can be hosted or installed on the client server.
Cadence helps organizations manage all aspects of their warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, SKU management, picking, packing and kitting, as well as activity-based billing, location management and more. It also offers integrated TMS functionality for seamless pick-to-ship processing, as well as interfacing with existing ERPs and material handling equipment. We really like the included speech engine that allows for voice picking - no 3rd party software is required.
Cadence offers a flexible, scalable WMS solution that makes logistics operations more collaborative and more profitable.

I liked that Cadence provided a robust WMS functionality - RF receiving - Putaway - Kitting - Word Order Management - Picking and Shipping that interfaced directly into a dynamic web portal for customer order entry and visibility. The executive management down to the support staff were always available to communicate with to share ideas - support - or future enhancements. Their user group was also a perfect forum to share ideas and gain further education on the utilization of the product in various businesses.
The software is so dynamic that there are numerous tables behind the scenes that need to be configured. You must have a trained SQL administrator to manage the tables and configurations. They are easy to configure but need an experienced person to manage.
Take the time to view the system working in a live business environment - create a project plan with executive sponsorship with clear goals on its utilization. If you don't have a WMS system administrator make sure to hire one from the on set of the engagement.
