Users can choose from multiple deployment options, including cloud-based, hosted, on premise, mobile, and hybrid. The platform includes a procurement dashboard with self-servicing capabilities, analytics, and reporting. The solution is configurable with users existing IT systems.
BravoAdvantage analytics helps users track progress against established goals and provides regular reports, ad-hoc analysis, and solves custom queries. Users can analyze raw data and develop complex charts in few clicks without the knowledge of coding. The BravoAdvantage procure-to-pay (P2P) solution helps companies in their purchase and payment for goods and services resulting in smooth paperless processes and improved organizational efficiency.

Fairly user friendly. Probably a little too much if not utilizing the e-procurement and e-contracting modules. Lots of internal resources and preparation to get set up. Pretty typical for SCM and not really required if your company is fairly small and procurement is decentralized rather than managed by a SCM team. Fairly costly to get set up and training along with purchase/fees.

It can be tailored to your specifications which was extremely helpful for us. They are continually updating the software, making it more powerful and useful for our purposes. They continue to add more features and reports.
Struggled a little bit in the customer service department.
I learned from a colleague how to use the software. It would be helpful for Puridiom to give training to all employees at any point as opposed to just the initial employees with rollout.

Thank you for taking the time to review the Puridiom solution. I am sorry you experienced some difficulty finding training resources. Training for Puridiom users is always available on a monthly basis, through training webinars, but must be scheduled through your Client project team. In addition, clients have the ability to create a customized Help page within the solution, which can include training videos for new users.

Each day, the functionality improves. I'm waiting for the newest upgrade of v5.0.
There are some quirks to the system, but I guess there are for all systems. For instance, when an approver puts a call forward approver, if the approver is of higher authority, that signing approval stays with the approver who has done the call forwarding. It's just a quirk.
