sourceit is a dedicated procurement solution for purchasing and managing marketing services. The system includes a sourcing module, which helps automate the process of creating requests for quotation (RFQs) via standardized workflows as well as user-defined templates.
Once RFQs have been sent to suppliers, sourceit uses supplier key performance indicators (KPIs) to award jobs to the most suitable suppliers. sourceit is especially suited to the needs of companies that broker and manage printing services.
Once jobs have been awarded, they can be managed using the milestones that users define for them. One feature for handling print jobs is the ability to upload numerous versions of a given piece of artwork and manage any changes to it. Users can even define a “catalogue” of products and services that they commonly use.
sourceit is a cloud-based system that is priced on a monthly basis. Subscription fees are determined according to the number of users licensed on the system, with additional per-transaction charges for individual jobs and orders.

We manage over 10,000 transactions each year, 300 suppliers and 200 individual client stakeholders, I have a team of nine staff who manage the entire requirements of our client and sourceit is the backbone to everything we do.
The reporting module is fantastic, it provides us detailed reporting on every aspect of every transaction, which for government clients is critical.
I'd love to see the catalogue functionality updated, while is works really well and is fully integrated with the sourcing module, a refresh would be great.
Ease of use is critical for us and our clients, we have found sourceit to be really easy for our staff and our clients to learn. Its not a cheap piece of software, but I have admit that I believe strongly that we get value for money.
While its cloud based with multiple levels of redundancy, it was the only application of its type that we found had a full DR site functioning to ensure BCP was at the very highest levels.

I searched for over a year to find a platform that would integrate RFQs, quotes, and manage projects using a single platform, sourceit does all this using API modules for Market, Catalog and Templates. It is easy to learn and can be launched quickly. All communications stay within the system and are secure to ensure compliance with job detail/history. The platform provides reporting functions both standard and custom. Is it the most comprehensive , no but for the cost to value it is what we needed.
Easy of use, simple setup and cloud based without requiring an IT support team to manage.
Small tweaks to manage product categories and terminology AU vs. USA but nothing that is a deal breaker.
This is the best from a productivity point of view. Simple to launch and use. Not overly complex like other offerings in the market place.

I use sourceit most weeks for building online templates (business cards and stuff) and ordering products through the online catalogue. The fact that it is easy to use is important to me as I am not a print expert.
Our catalogue and templates are fairly simple so implementation was quick and easy, the team who worked with us made this an easy and painfree exercise.
Customer service is pretty good as well, I have access to online videos that help remind of the process if needed and I have phone and email support as well.

I utilize all modules of the software, procuring product in sourceit, business card ordering in createit and the online catalogue orderit.
The system is very easy to use, we have clients who are self users that also log on and use the system with ease and with limited training required. orderit is as simple as doing a product search and adding to the shopping cart then proceed to check out. In sorceit you can build a new product to send to market very easily or simply select a previous item to re send to market. This is a great tool.
I love the report building functionality as well, to have the ability to build and run the reports that I need so easily is extremely convenient.
Overall my satisfaction with this product is very high, simple to use yet can be as detailed as I need it to be.
