Vroozi Procurement Platform is a cloud-based solution for handling enterprise purchasing needs. Vroozi is best-of-breed, which means that the procurement application is sold on its own instead of being packaged in a broader suite of supply chain management (SCM) applications.
That said, Vroozi can be integrated with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and SCM suites via Open APIs. Vroozi also partners with a third-party vendor to offer integrated strategic sourcing and procurement for customers that need additional sourcing functionality.
Vroozi’s interface allows users to access all of the systems’ features on mobile devices. It offers standard procurement features such as purchase order submission, electronic purchase order approval for suppliers and invoicing.
The system also includes catalog management features, which allow users to define their own catalogs of products and suppliers. Vroozi helps customers to integrate supplier catalogs with their own catalogs.
As with most cloud-based solutions, pricing for Vroozi is on a monthly subscription basis, with different plans available for small businesses, midsize businesses and enterprises.

With a flat monthly subscription fee and no transaction fees, data administration costs are greatly reduced.
I have honestly liked everything about this product.
I recommend offering a training session and an additional training session for all users. While this is similar to an online shopping experience, there may be users with different computer skill sets. Offering a second training session or "ask me anything" session will help the adoption process because the users will feel more comfortable using the system. The "ask me anything" session offers users a chance for Q&A after they have used the system. Change can be difficult for some and having support is really important.
