Sophos Endpoint Antivirus software combines defense against malware with a flexible remote management tool. The anti-malware protection is designed to identify, block or remove threats, thus protecting computers and servers from viruses, adware, spyware and other infections.
Web protection adds a layer of defense, which prevents attacks originating from infected websites, scanning for and blocking threats before they can affect devices.
Sophos Endpoint Antivirus also features both device and application control, which enables an administrator to set rules governing the use of removable media (such as USB sticks), as well as mobile and wireless devices. Unauthorized applications and devices can be prevented from accessing the network, thus preventing the spread of malware and reducing the risk of data loss.
Finally, Sophos Endpoint Antivirus includes a centralized management console, which enables an administrator to monitor computers on the network, to create and deploy policies and to clean infected computers.

Rock solid product with excellent support that offers superior protection for endpoints.
Need easier guidance within the management console for creating a support tickets.
Make sure you do POC on multiple endpoint products before choosing a solution for your company.

We evaluated many antivirus and went to the conclusion that none is perfect. Sophos run nice on Mac and Linux, which is hard to find. We had no other options than choice Sophos! All in.
It installed many services and apps on Windows. When you open add/remove or check the taskmgr, a lot of process!
If you have to support Windows, Mac, and Linux, this is the best option
