Proxyclick is a cloud-based visitor management solution suitable for small, midsize and large enterprises. Key features of Proxyclick include visitor registration, instant pictures, badge printing, instant notifications and reporting.

Proxyclick enables users to manage visitors, build their brand image and ensure the security. Other features of the solution include QR support, badge customization, access control, visitor pre-registration, user permissions, data protection and safety checks.

The kiosk application allows visitors to check in, print badges and send out notifications to the people they are visiting. Users can manage visitor lists, information and employee lists using the visitor dashboard feature. The solution offers integration with Microsoft OneDrive, Outlook Calendar, iCal, Microsoft Active Directory and Webhooks. 

Proxyclick is available on a monthly subscription basis. The iOS mobile app can receive visitor notifications, connect with them, maintain emergency lists and initiate tickets.

Its modern, and easy to use. Great for visitors.

Pros

Its an easy to use programme. Great to see who visitors are when they check in. Lots of great ideas to use, like creating badges and scanning codes. Can create training groups so the names are there at check in. Would recommend this system to companies.

ProxyClick systems is an fantastic way to check in visitors. Quick and easy with multiple ways to keep track of them. Their Customer Service Department is the fast in replying if you have an issue and will continue to help until your problem is solved. Their updates are always improving an already amazing system. After 3 years, we still get visitors commenting on how unique and easy our check in system is.

We tried many different systems before deciding to go with Proxyclick. The ease of use and management with a rich feature portfolio it was a fairly easy choice. The support is great when it comes to feature requests and common problem solving. The system lacks minor features which we would love to have but the roadmap ahead has many of them so that shows that they listen to their customers needs and are willing to develop their product.

We set up Proxyclick on an iPad Pro in our lobby due to cutbacks, we had reduced our staff and no longer had a front desk receptionist. Proxyclick was easy to setup, our clients and visitors loved the interface, and there was not any downtime over our year term that affected our business. The Proxyclick team is quick to offer support and resolve any issues to make sure you are always up and running. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Pros

Easy setup, easy to add visitors, excellent communication via email and text to alert people that their visitors have arrived.

Cons

The option for a courier/delivery button on the main screen would be a great addition.

We have been using the product for a couple of years now and have been very happy with it. We had some IOS issues at first but the latest version fixed it. I would recommend this to any small to med size company.

Pros

It is very easy to quickly check someone in and out. I really like the new kiosk software

Cons

Would like to see the ability to fully customize fields to suit specific needs. I.E. checking out keys or badges

For the most part the program is super easy to use. I wish however that there was a way to scan an ID and it automatically attach to the person instead of having to go in and manually verify the ID. Other than that I like proxyclick.

Pros

Like the ability to enter a name and extend the persons access for however long needed and not having to manually enter it every time the person comes in.

Cons

I don't like having to go back in and manually verify ID's.. Very easy to forget.

The software is easy to learn and use, the functions and features are excellent and customer service is responsive and informative. Our receptionist and employees easily learned how to utilize the software and our guests are impressed when they experience the benefits (i.e.: auto employee notifications). We plan to add additional office locations to our account and I look forward to adding more users/employees to the system. I highly recommend Proxyclick.

Proxyclick has been a great resource to us and our programming. Our church has been able to use it for first time student check-in with our Student Ministry, as well as check-in for our Care Counseling program. It's easy to use, helps us receive all the pertinent information we need, and alerts us when someone has arrived. We've been using ProxyClick for about 3 months now. It's great. It takes a load off of our receptionist. Visitors can now check in on their own and get responses from who they are visiting. Visits can be set up in advance. We get a daily email of visitors and a check to see who has let the building. Name badges print great and when there is a problem customer support is on top of getting it fixed.

We use the software to quickly and easily pre-register visitors and track when they are in the building and when they leave. A sticker with the customer name is printed and fits into a plastic sleeve.
