The VisitLog kiosk function tracks visitor check-ins and check-outs, as well as the number of guests in the building. Other features include a customizable welcome screen, emergency evacuation lists, parking management and reporting functions.
Administrators and managers can set user permissions for their staff. The software integrates with Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Outlook and Active Directory. Integration with BookItWise allows visitors to book meeting and conference rooms.
The software is available for a one-time license fee, and two pricing packages are available along with on-premise hardware. Customer support is offered via phone and email. It is available in English and Spanish.
