Mitel MiVoice is a range of unified communications (UC) platforms designed for businesses with varying needs. Some MiVoice platforms are designed for small businesses with fewer than 250 employees, while others can scale up to 150,000 employees at 2,000 sites. MiVoice offers virtualization options and supports both hosted and on-premise deployment.
MiVoice includes features such as such as auto attendants, automatic call distribution, unified messaging and call reporting, and employees can group up to eight devices under a single work number. MiVoice also offers hot desking, which enables users to log into phones both within and outside of the corporate offices and then route calls to the device they’ve logged into.
MiVoice integrates with both the mobile and desktop versions of the Microsoft Lync client to enable voice capabilities for UC environments based on Lync. Additionally, MiVoice’s UC capabilities can be accessed from within Salesforce browser tabs.

The product is very user friendly. Making calls, chatting, conference calls, everything is very clear and easy to use. Very easy to train users on the software.
Initial configuration takes some planning and depending on all the features you are using takes a little while to setup.
Like the product a lot. We use it at our offices with about 140 employees. The chat feature is great. Making calls and conference calls using the MCA could not be any easier.
