Usage data and presence information for end users feeds into the ThinkingPhones UC Analytics solution, which tracks metrics on employee productivity.
Contact centers can also deploy the ThinkingPhones solution for more sophisticated modes of call routing, such as automatic call distribution (ACD) and call queuing. ThinkingPhones integrates with CRM solutions such as Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics, and an extensive library of routines, protocols and tools for building software applications (APIs) is available for businesses that need custom integrations.

My phone and mobile app always work. I have been a customer for 2 years and have never had any performance issues. They also have a service call contactive that provides me with contextual information about callers. I believe it is unique in this industry and very useful. Additionally, their solution integrates well with SalesForce which makes for an efficient sales experience.
ThinkingPhones currently lacks a web conference solution but it is on their roadmap which should be available any day now. Once this is available, ThinkingPhones will be a complete UCaaS solution.
My recommendation is to get a demo of their offering and see all of its functionality. Their solution is much more than just phones and voicemail.

They have a very Long Procurement process so we are always waiting on new phones from them
Manage the cutover of you numbers very closely it is out of Thinking Phones hands and the losing carrier is not always keen to let the numbers qo without a fight.
