Also a plus for us is that, once you have the basic code in place on your website, a nontechnical staff member can create and activate a new popup without ever touching the code. A few days ago I needed to contact support for the first time; they responded promptly, found the source of the problem (it took some digging!), and fixed it. Who does that anymore? Poptin does! Second. I read ZERO documentation, but was able to figure out how to create and set up a pop-up. I had to chat with Support on some minor tweaks...which I got answers to almost instantly. This shows how intuitive their plugin is to use.
