Setup support was top notch
I like having one point of contact for everything. The integration is key to making rental management easy.
CONSThere is a missing link with VRBO. Chatting with guests before booking still has to be done in the VRBO app.

Support for hostzaver was terrible and it was very buggy.

Lodgify partner since 2016 and growing with it
I have grown our company Mondosol scaling from 10 to 100 properties allowing more direct bookings and control overall
PROSI like the website builder, channel manager, reservation system. I also like that I can receive payments on the percentage I decide and I can communicate with the guest with automatic messages.
CONSImproving customer service is a must and they are working on with new agents. Making it easier to work with sub users as a property manager or simply giving access to staff or others. I would live a better integration with other channel manager

Overall experience is great and we look forward to adding a third account
PROSLodgify seems to have met all the requirements for our hospitality business. We have been utilizing this software for more than 5 years and have run into very few issues.
CONSPM modules seem to be a bit overpriced and the guides/guest app function of it is nearly worthless. The other complaint would be no in-PMS functionality for door code generation like other PMS's have built into their software.

Recently joined Lodgify and so far so good
So far so good, the onboarding assistant [sensitive content hidden] was outstanding, and generally very clear and proactive, she was able to answer all my questions. I
PROSThe visual interface of Lodgify is very easy to view and therefore navigate around, we are still early days in transitioning to this platform. The onboarding process with [sensitive content hidden] was very good, she was excellent.
CONSSince fully onboarding I can see it does have several limitations, there is no invoicing system which is highly inconvenient, unable to edit the order of the listings making it confusing for us to manage our site and bookings, the sync process distorted all the images, it would be good to be able to catergorise images of the general property and facilities and individual rentals so we dont have to have repeition in the listings that show on the website .

Cost and visual interface played a role in it and i gathered feedback from other rantal property users
