COMET is the perfect solution for those who still use unnecessarily complex and expensive software or Word and Excel for property management. All data is in the cloud. COMET is like a glove to my company's need. I wanted an affordable multi lingual system and got a fantastic package of management capabilities, tenants portal & help-desk and soon to be coming owner's (of properties) portal as well.
