I wrote the other review for them on site after using them for a bout a year or less. Thought it was time for an update. Been using them for almost 6 years now. We've butted heads before over feature progressions and other matters (admittedly our own fault) and they always take it in stride and continue to build a better product. I highly recommend them as an EMR service.

-Fantastic billing team and process. Never had any issues there at all. They always collect and they all respond. -Customer service A++ -They keep building features and improving things. -Easy access to and easy to understand practice metrics. -Comes with an integrated fax number.

-Doesn't integrate with any other software used to manage practice. -CRM and RCM features still lacking or slow to implement. -Takes several clicks to get to most commonly used info.
