MiVoice offers virtualization options and supports both cloud-based and on-premise deployment. MiVoice Business includes features such as auto attendants, automatic call distribution, unified messaging, call reporting and employees can group up to eight devices under a single work number. MiVoice Business also offers hot desking which enables users to log into phones both within and outside of the corporate offices and then route calls to the device they’ve logged into.
