Finally A Tool To Simplify Architectural BIM Models Automatically

It's a product that has filled a hole in the industry (as far as I know, no one else has developed a tool like this) and it seems to work well from my limited tests. Additionally, the company is really responsive and helpful.

PROS

I've been in the building energy modeling industry for 14 years and have basically been hoping for a tool like this to become available that whole time. This tool will consistently simplify detailed architectural BIM models so that you can easily import the geometry data into the building energy modeling tool of your choice.

CONS

Some of the companies documentation hasn't been translated into English yet and there isn't a North American office to provide support during my business hours. However, it appears that both of these issues are going to be addressed eventually according to communication with the company.
