There is some difficulty when editing time logs. The calendar does not work very well.

Overall it was simple to implements, I got good support from customer service on some of the questions I had and they help me set up some of my default settings.

Honestly if I could sync it to our HRM system I would strongly consider continuing to use it as our employees really liked it.

I'll probably right my own bot to replace this.

The best thing about AttendanceBot is it comes with Slack. What more pleasing or ease than we can mange attendance and team mates leave from the same app which we used to communicate every minute.

Since our team majorly made up of developers and tech related people, it was so difficult to train them to a particular system and the same time oversee, record, view statistics.

The best thing for me is that you can use it through the mobile phone with ease and without us or complicated processes.

It is super easy to user and integrate, helps you see what's happening across your organization in few clicks from punching in and out, sick leaves, breaks and vacations.

The most appreciated feature about this SW, is its integration with MS Teams. You can easily have it up and running for the whole team, in just a 10 minutes.

Easy to use, very nice integration into Slack, and the notifications to channel are great.

It’s hard to remember which thing to type for each report you want to do, but there is a cheat sheet for that purpose.

I can manage the team virtually, can easily export attendance records, which is important for auditing requirements for my organization.

It's hard to input time if someone forgets to clock in or out which happens often. I use both the app on my phone and the computer and they both seem to crash.

I am a tool designer and have used CADkey to KeyCreator for many years and the functionality is very friendly for me. The cost value is important a very robust package for the money.

I find that the ease in manipulating solid models is a great advantage and saves time in recreating solid models when making edits.

Easy to use, very little file maintenance required. It has a good translator package for importing files.

Easy to use , I have used other programs in the past and my favorite is KeyCreator. Everything is easy to find and easy to use.

If I move a detail from one level to another generally it means my layout is messed up from there on.

Great  solid modeling features such as dynamic editing of a dimension. The part updates (parametrically) and the dimension can be erased without affecting the part.

There are some outstanding features of KeyCreator like being user-friendly and creation of quick drawings.

With using KeyCreator for 14 years I have become extremely familiar with it's features and benefits. Coming from AutoCad, it was a fairly seamless transition which took little time to pick up.

It has also been used for fixture and gauge designs and mold designs. I like the software for its ease of use and ability to make changes easily.

We use KeyCreator to help us in modeling for simulation; it helps us translate and simplify models.

When I do, KeyCreator technical support will help me figure out the issue promptly.

The training tools help to understand the feature, the better you know the software feature the more productive you will be.

The support is excellent when needed and they have a great option to submit customer requested features.

Simplicity, ease of use, reliability. I also like the fact there are many ways to approach a design task.

Associativity is lost in those instances as well.

NO SPELL CHECK, kEYCREATOR is the only program that I know of that doesn't have spell check, engineers are notorious for being bad spellers.

The interface is relatively easy to use. The customer service response time is sometimes good, and other times very difficult.

I use the translators on a regular bases and they are great. The price is good compared to other software in the same class.

It's reasonably powerful in the tools it offers, and very forgiving and I like that you can back-track and try something else if it doesn't give you the results you were looking for.

I am a part time consultant, using the program infrequently. It is easy to be productive quickly as actions can be accomplished thru several menu paths.

You can modify your models with ease since it is not a parametric model. The translators are excellent.

Terrible experience for 20 years and am begging bosses to get something that works like Solidworks. We dropped the update contract because we got nothing for it.
