Customer support is the worst I have ever dealt with.

The program has a lot of great tools related to architecture to help with noting markups quickly and adding text and callouts. Easy to use and definitely overtakes Acrobat in my workflow.

Material list and breakdowns and customer service was good , it did a lot of what i was looking for but to much for my company.

Has a tendency to crash. Some functions, such as zoom, pan, are clunky.

Bluebeam has saved me tonns of time for editing files/documents and reviewing drawings for construction. I am very happy to have this software on my personal computer as well as work computer.

It is easy to work with drawings and documents. Very user friendly and has very good features that help with drawings and documents management.

The integration into Microsoft Office and the printing driver from ArchiCAD creates clean PDFs quickly and easily.

The ability to capture counts of markups for budgeting, great time saver.

This program is fantastic for Quality control mark ups, etc. I like its licensing type as it is not subscription based.

The fact of having a free trial for me is very good, it allows you to have an overview of the software without the commitment of having to pay for the software.

To make matters MUCH worse they have no escalation policy at all. Read that again;  a SOFTWARE company has zero escalation policy.

Occasionally have trouble with printing to the program, but not frequently enough to stop using it as my PDF maker.

I love bluebeam Revu for its ease of tools for engineering applications. I love the markup tools as well.

Everyone in my offices are experiencing the same problem.

I use it for both personal and professional tasks on a daily basis. They also have great customer support and are always improving their software to keep up with the latest trends and customer needs.

Bluebeams integrated markups and toolsets are a designer's dream.

Great set of automation tools to help easily and quickly organize and edit PDF documents. Super easy to markup edits and share with collaborators.

Great software to do team work, has the option of personalize the interface, fast and easy to use.

There are a lot of useful features that allow for flexibility and clarity when marking up documents. The sessions has allowed for collaboration across various companies/teams on numerous projects.

It is unbelievably frustrating. And if your trying to quickly review plan pages before a bid deadline this is TOTALLY the wrong software and you will be quite angry with it.

Bluebeam is a fantastic PDF editor, and their customer support is top-notch.

We then have to digitally stamp each page and being able to change the date and comments in the stamp so quickly is awesome. It integrates well with PROCORE which is an excellent Management Software.

Bluebeam revu sometimes had a tendency to crash unexpectedly, which could prove frustrating at times.

Overall a good experience as it is very useful for doing some quick sketches with plan sets.

The customer service has been amazing when I've had to reach out.

Which can create a mess if you accidentally click it instead of another item. Also getting them in the specific location you want them can get tricky at times.

Cedreo has been amazing customer service wise. Whether or not is was a support issue, adding additional artwork, or just general account questions they are always responsive and timely.

Love it's HD renderings and ability to reuse existing buildings and adapt in a swift. And it most definetly has one of the best support teams I have ever came across.

Also [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is so so helpful and has been there quickly to help respond to my questions. He is very patient and takes each question seriously.

It is very user friendly,  [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is always willing to help, they take feedback well and strive to accommodate your needs.

Overall experience is great. Since I am using it as a private person the only issue it solved for me is that I did not need to hire interior designer, which is already great value for the money.

Cedreo is a great piece of software for rapid 3d visualisations.

The opportunity to make realistic images in a very short time.

I have really liked this software for the ease of use. It also is quick to be able to redraw something you already have.

No possibility to model pipes (ventilation pipes for example where they are visible inside the building). Also shortage of home appliance models, such as ventilation units, Heat Pump indoor units.

Very easy to use, helpful videos, and great customer service.

Outstanding Residential Design Concept Presentation Tool.

Our biggest complaint from builders and as users is that the roofs are hard to navigate at times.

The impossibility to download an editable model dwg, ifc or step of the designs. Some elements are not very flexible for edition.

The team I have worked with at Cedreo have all been outstanding. The product has met my expectations and I am encouraged about further improvements to come.

I like the 3D design pieces and the Ease of use of the software.

It produces strong renderings in 3D easy for a client to capture the essence of the design being proposed, so as to provide meaningful comment for further design development.

The one thing that is missing from door styles are basic exterior sliding glass doors, but I have always managed with a substitute.

Our build and design company is overall very satisfied with the software and the Cedreo team has been a pleasure to work with.

Easy to learn, fast to use. I like the combination of 2D and 3D views and the ease of switching between the two.

The training videos, the customer service, how easy it is to learn, the atmosphere packs are great please get more of those.

The videos and tutorials are great and if you need even more help you can set up a meeting with someone to ask specific questions and they are able to share their screen with you.

The ease of drawing the 2d layout plan was the main draw to this program. It was very intuitive compared to some other programs that were trialed.

Cedreo helped us increase the output of renderings, decreasing overall costs of labour per customer.

This software takes a lot of the guess work out of the actual rendering and creation of the basics. The prebuilt textures, furnishings, and landscaping are a huge time saver.

The price is a pretty high monthly subscription. The choices of products are very limited and everything comes in odd dimensions.

The greatest benefit has been to allow our clients to visualize their projects.

Is a very good option for rapid models and realistic images of simple or not too complex constructions. It would be great if it had snap points or similar.
