I am very happy to purchase because it's a perpetual license and giving same command & features.
I am very happy for my regular use for my company project and main thing it's a lifetime license and very economical price.
PROSIt's easy for regular use drafting and there technical team always help me when I need support.
CONSOnly I suggest please add some 3d modelling part it's help for another

ActCAD also same feature like JTS intelliCAD, in ActCAD there have addons feature with 3D modelling part btw now I am using JTS

Impressive similarity to Autocad
I use the 2d features for drafting construction documents. I don't require the 3d and extended features Autocad provides. Autocad has become too expensive for me to justify the cost. For me, this has proved to be a good substitute.
PROSThe fact that i was able to move seamlessly from Autocad
CONSA few commands do strange things. Example: Stretch - when selecting an end with crossing the entire object moves instead. I cancel, redo, and then it works. So this is intermittent.
Reason for choosing JTS IntelliCAD
The similarity to Autocad. I have over 30 years of autocad use and I like it. I have to get work done, didn't want to learn a new approach to CAD. And I wanted to use my LISP routines.

Review for TrueCAD
I really like the software. It has a great price and is as good as the other competitors.
PROSThe software is a great clone of ACAD and Draftsight
CONSThere are little quirky things that occur.

Very affordable CAD Solution with no compromise.
PROSGood interface, almost immediately you can start using it. Simple customization options available.
CONSGraphics quality could be better. A proper help site would better for users to get quick trouble shooting, tips & tricks and learning.
