Managing DIrector

We have grown as a company post Covid closure and BB has helps us tremendously.

PROS

Its is built on a modern platform with a very professional look. Ball Button clearly understands the complexity of our industry and has provides many solutions that have helped tremendously. It has expedited all of our processes.

CONS

Change is difficult for all business. Ball Button assisted us throughout this process. Due to regional differences (East Coast vs West Coast) we have different names for certain activities. It was challenging to understand and label our activities with the labels in BB. All was learned and corrected in a short period of time.

Reasons for switching to Ballbutton

Club Automation did not provide us the flexibility we need to operate our business in the manner we felt it need to be done. Cost was a major issue as well.

Ballbutton for the win

My experience with the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been nothing but positive. I can’t recommend him and ballbutton enough!!

PROS

Easy to use. Quick. Accessible on phone, laptop, and iPad. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and support team are ALWAYS there if anything came up. Payment system is integrated within platform.

CONS

Integration was very simple, everyone had an easy time getting used to the new software. Nothing negative to report.

Reason for choosing Ballbutton

I chose ballbutton bc of my FaceTime call with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] that involved a product run through in real time. His excitement and love for his product was clear. There were also many new developments in the works. I wanted to be a part of the wonderful ballbutton community.

To quicken the process, allow pros to see their schedules, have customers get notifications

Feature Packed Reservation Software

The overall experience with BallButton has been great! The customer service is superb! Even though we have run into some occasional bugs with some features, their customer service replied immediately and fixed the problem quickly.

PROS

BallButton is easy to use but does take some time to get acquainted with all the features it provides. Having a club that has multiple locations with different hours and court layout, BallButton was able to accommodate our unique guidelines and regulations we have with our members to ensure fairness and efficiency.

CONS

Aside from some bugs in some of the newer features, there isn't too much to complain about. I do wish that some of the design elements would be geared towards other racket sports as well since it is mainly focused on tennis.

Reason for choosing Ballbutton

Customer service was better than all other platforms. Price was not the cheapest but the customer service was much better than the cheapest platform. Also, the speed of the cheapest platform was too slow. At times, the cheapest platform would take minutes to go from page to page while navigating through the back-end of their settings. Ballbutton had the features we wanted, it was fast, and the customer service was excellent!

A great product

Very awesome, overall experience

PROS

The software is very user-friendly. It does not take long to get the hang of the software

CONS

We haven’t come across any pitfalls that haven’t been fixed or dealt with.

Not user-friendly did not have convenience of the app.

Have had great customer service throughout, New features regularly added, Open to feedback and customizing to indivual scenarios
