Scan & Capture software is a Purchase-to-Pay Automation Solution for NetSuite.
This software acts as a tool for users that help users with various essential NetSuite tasks such as receiving Vendor Bills & Credits as PDF's and using optical character recognition software.
The App was developed to recognize process inefficiencies and manual errors by analyzing vendor layouts, PO references and transaction dates among many other factors.
Both outbound and inbound electronic invoices cab be easily managed using XML imports.

Scan&Capture pricing consists of a one-off implementation fee, and usage costs based on the number of PDF invoice pages/e-invoices processed by the application.
