Support is hands on and they will go as far as to ensure your cron jobs are running properly (for the not so savvy users such as myself) #### Cons It’s not completely intuitive and setup of campaigns can be tedious and daunting the first few times. The tool proceeded to go dormant for a brief spell although it experienced a changeover and was reinvented by the initial software programmers. The tool has a user-friendly visual interface filled with regularly evolving features that produce comprehensive stats and reviews. The tool is a much-needed investment for tracking, testing, and optimizing campaigns, so as a happy consumer, I will suggest that those who read my unbiased review purchase this tool. #### Cons It is software that needs to be self-hosted, which is good because your data is held on your private servers. Go with the hosting company that CPV Lab refer to because they are reliable.The only con is installing the software yourself; I can tell you I'm by no means technical; I followed a tutorial that I found on youtube and it was straightforward. And with the life time license, you pay once and use the version forever is a big deal. #### Cons User interface: It is easy enough to use. However, personally, other trackers like BeMob, Volumm etc have a bit better look & feel. Also, now it helps me see the metrics that are difficult to find in Google Analytics right now. Tracks everything you need for the campaigns. I can launch 6 different types of campaigns with it in just a few clicks. It is beginner friendly because the help documents are easy to understand and follow. I rarely needed technical support for set up. #### Cons Initially you will need their help to set it up on custom domain. And ion cube loader was a challenge. Without tokens, advertising on some of these traffic sources would be a shot in the dark. When i used cpvlab most, the two trackers available were prosper202 and cpvlab. Cpvlab looked the better option despite it costing money. I would still choose to use cpvlab over anything else now to this day. #### Cons It won't track chats on zopim chat.
