It was just enough for my website's traffic. #### Cons 1. Visual editor of my second site's version is clumsy. It was not convenient to make changes. And when I was editing the Control version (I simply changed some text on the first screen), suddenly there were some text bugs on testing version which turned that version into complete nonsense. Had to stop my test and refresh everything so that my new leads won't see this text mess. 2. The hypothesis creation is helpful for internally tracking experimentation and it was fairly straightforward to implement additional custom events such as Add to cart. Plus the super lightweight script means very fast test load times for the least bias. #### Cons The fact that some fairly basic targeting modes or parameters are only available on the highest price plan, presumably gauged at Enterprise. I feel some of these are very much needed even for smaller/medium brands and could be included without harming their service offering. #### Reasons for choosing Mida Best overall value for money, smooth uncluttered user interface and built in AI generator to help iterate on test ideas. #### Reasons for switching to Mida Google Optimize sunset meant searching for a new alternative provider. #### Vendor response Hey Finn! I have been extremely satisfied with the tool. I was thrilled to discover it and it improved Conversion Rate on the very first landing page I threw at it significantly. It's easy to use, especially if you are coming from a similar tool. I came from Optimize and there was basically no real learning curve. The AI recommendations make coming up with variants to test a breeze. #### Cons Ocassionally, I have to refresh the page to get certain functions to work. It's a minor inconvenience but should be mentioned. Also, sometimes, I will be working in Mida and leave a certain menu only to be dropped into Howuku. The pixel is relatively light and the application functions well with few hiccups we've encountered once things are set up correctly. #### Cons Some of our internal requirements needed custom scripting in order to make mida work with how we build our pages. Setting up events on sites that dont have a integration is a bit complex and may need someone who's well versed in GTM. Google Optimize used to be our go-to AB testing solution, since being sunset last year, we've been bouncing from provider to provider, never quite feeling satisfied. We've tried VWO, AB Tasty, PostHog, Plerdy and none of them ticked every box for us. Many alternatives require manual dev work for the tests to work (PostHog), some are extremely expensive (AB Tasty) and others lack features that we find important such as only testing a small portion of the user base (Plerdy).
