You can go from concept to deployment in an hour without incurring real tech debt. #### Cons What caused us to stop using Mida was that that it would suddenly stop seeing our domains. We can see the code on our site, Mida was unable to detect it. This could be due to Cloudflare being in the middle, but we did whitelist IP ranges. Customer service was unable to help beyond simple scripted answers. #### Vendor response Hi Robert, Thanks for being honest about both sides. The ease of setup feedback means a lot, and the reliability feedback matters more. The Cloudflare issue is a real one and I'm sorry our support couldn't actually solve it for you. I can spin up an experiment when I need to, move fast, and adjust without waiting on anyone. For a marketing team that wants to actually run tests rather than just plan them, that matters a lot. #### Cons A few bits of the interface feel slightly clunky — not a dealbreaker, but you notice it when you're in there regularly. I had very specific use cases for my tests that I wasn’t able to achieve with vwo.
