Other software on the market lacks precision compared to Ptengine, which will result in misjudgment. Also I like their customer support team, always willing to listen to the customers. Cons: They charge by Pageviews, but every once in a while someone will make a small mistake in some of our settings, and would eat up all the monthly page view limit. Reasons for switching to Ptengine ClickTale's UI was less easy to use compared to Ptengine. Vendor Response Thanks for your review on Ptengine. The second thing I really enjoy using is the Heatmaps in the A/B-testing mode. Haven't seen that in any other marketing products yet. And of course, great support that is very friendly and responsive. We had a good onboarding and demo with the Ptengine team. Cons: Performance and speed of heatmaps can be a bit faster.
