Pros/Cons
Pros
- It has been a positive experience. It performs very well, is flexible and has proven to be a good solution for our products.
- The active developer community is helpful to resolve issues, and if we can't find an issue there, the Support staff are very responsive.
- Absolutely love how easy it is to take care of all things identity. It's a real shortcut: they take care of managing users, security, accounts, and more.
Cons
- The worst part of this software, unfortunately, is there customer service. I have had a few bad experiences where I was waiting days to receive a response on simple questions.
- They forced my to pay them money to get my data back faster, but still even after paying them - no one answer my calls or email.
- I think one features missing to able customize login page per client as much as possible.
Pros
- From the moment I signed up the instructions were clear, the dashboard is super intuitive and the service is wonderful. I wish I had always had this across all my devices.
- I love how easy to install and use it. I'm also happy with the secured sharing option, the passwords history for each service (sometimes comes useful), and the price is quite reasonable.
- LastPass is a reliable solution that I have recommended to various people, some of whom have been hacked in the past and were seeking to streamline and secure their password management.
Cons
- I find myself wanting to create a folder but the iconography is a bit confusing so I'll create a record. Easy to go back and do it right but I find myself making the same mistakes.
- When you install it you have no clue of what to do first. The other bad thing is the poor integration with browsers.
- Sometimes, I'll try and log into a site with a personal log in that is not kept in LastPass and it can be frustrating to get around it.
