Oliverlist is a fairly new product, so at times it can be challenging to navigate or understand some of the features. This isn't necessarily a downside--they are simply adding new features all the time!

The time which Oliverlist takes to find out any Prospects mail address is surprising. Oliverlist is Helping me to reduse my Work time by 50%. Thats why I'm just in love with this extension. The way Oliverlist Dispalys the Information of Prospects and also how nicely it find out the contact no. is very satisfying and Time Saving for me. Previously I have to work Daily 8 hours but now using Oliverlist my work time decreased tremendously and became just 4 to 5 hours daily. Yes! This is what Oliverlist is doing for me. And I am very Happy with it. I must Say Oliverlist is Easy to use.

There really isn't anything I dislike so far. I think it can be a little obnoxious that it pops up everytime you go to a new page, so maybe the ability to click on it if I want to pull it up.

For the price, I cannot think of a better tool. The data is largely accurate. You can sort and search to a very granular level. Love the A/B testing capabilities in sequencing.

I am extremely satisfied. I'm not used to this kind of tool but it is super intuitive and easy to use. Took about 15 minutes to set up and launch my first cold-email campaign. The very next day, I already had my first leads. The fact that they also track the prospect's journey on my website was also super useful to score the leads. Finally, the tasks that Oliver sends on a daily basis are a blessing to help you understand who is really interested by my offer, even if they haven't replied yet. + actually quite cheap

Je suis très insatisfait de l'expérience vécue avec Oliverlist. Un résumé de tous les problèmes rencontrés : - Communication et suivi client insuffisants, manquant de réactivité et de personnalisation. Exemple : personne pour remplacer les personnes en congés, pas de réactivité sur le mail support (ils disent qu’ils répondent vite par chat mais ils se contentent de transférer les demandes ensuite) - Pratiques commerciales peu claires, notamment en ce qui concerne les engagements et les frais imprévus. Ils vous obligent à facturer 10 clients minimum et quand vous essayez de négocier cela, le commercial vous dit lors du call découverte que généralement c’est 5 (sauf que ce n’est pas le cas et qu’évidemment, ils ne vous remboursement pas la différence) - Manque de flexibilité et d'adaptabilité aux besoins spécifiques des clients de façon globale - Utilisation non consentie de faux noms pour représenter votre entreprise dans les communications ! Ils génèrent à la volée des fausses adresse mails avec faux noms + prénoms au nom sur votre société sans même vous prévenir - Pas de possibilité de synchroniser votre calendrier Apple. On doit alors synchroniser avec Google Agenda, ce qui peut créer certains bugs au début. Pendant ce temps là, ils lancent les campagnes et vous facture. Deux rdv de mon côté facturés à 280€ HT, que je n’ai même pas pu honorer ! Vous avez là une entreprise qui facture sans réfléchir, pour qui seul le profit compte (leur process parlent pour eux). Ces points soulignent des préoccupations majeures en termes de transparence, de support client et d'intégrité des pratiques commerciales. JE DÉCONSEILLE FORTEMENT !

Je n'apprécie que leur discours de vente bien éloigné de la réalité

Je ne recommande pas du tout l'expérience. Ils vous font lancer rapidement les campagnes et j'ai dépensé quasi 7000€ pour des rendez-vous avec des gens qui avaient certes le mot "innovation" dans leur titre mais rien à voir avec mon activité. Service client horrible, il faut relancer et attendre des heures avant d'avoir un retour.

La sélection des contacts est pratique, facile à utiliser et tous les outils sont bien intégrés. On est guidé du début à la fin.

Quelques indicateurs ne sont pas très clairs du fait qu'en passant la souris dessus, on ne voit pas son usage mais j'ai eu très vite une explication. Avant de commencer mon test, j'aurais voulu avoir un peu de temps pour préparer mon site pour les visiteurs, mais maintenant c'est fait.

Je suis une victime de leur jeu de données. Je suis inscrit à tout un tas de mailing list que je n'ai jamais demandé, sur une boite professionnelle et NOMINATIVE. Ce qui induit que pour inscrire une personne sur une boite mail nominative, celle-ci doit IMPERATIVEMENT recevoir un mail d'inscription pour la prévenir. Ce qui n'est évidemment pas le cas. De plus, les données envoyées par Oliverlist sont erronées.

Tout est centralisé sur la même plateforme. L'interface est intuitive et les campagnes efficaces. La synchronisation linkedIn et les quotas illimité.
