Using Stotles transformed our outbound approach.

Outstanding from start to finish.

Pros

I can't fault any step of the process with Stotles, however the initial detail that the onboarding team went into when we were looking at Stotles and the subsequent support we have had has been amazing.

Cons

The only con I can think of is not something Stotles can control! By making the RFP tracking side of things so much simpler and user friendly, it has put into sharp contrast how dated the existing public sector portals are!

Reasons for Switching to Stotles

Because we weren't getting the same amount of interaction that Stotles could offer.

Opportunity Tracking

I use to track expected opportunities, those I am unaware of, to spot trends and easily see allied opportunities. It is an excellent service and easy to use.

Pros

The ability to filter the notices delivered each day is exceptional. It is east to use, drilling down is excellent and the ability to link to the notice is effective.

Cons

I need to track international opportunities ( old OJEU scope) which is not available.

Using Stotles for RFP

Good. I use it every day to see it the RFP it sends me are of interest . Mostly they are but further investigation of the outline review often gives me more information on whether to proceed further and download the actual RFP documents

Pros

Easy simple interface. Keeps tack of most bids in Find a tender etc. It means I do not have to do multiple searches in several portals.

Cons

Does not at present pick up RFP that have already been sent t to me by other portals

How to find relevant contract opportunities from the mass of contracts that are advertised

Pros

This team really understand how public sector procurement works; this is the first time that I've been able to search successfully for relevant opportunities across local government

Cons

The software is still developing, so there's still slightly too many false positive results, but that's improving all the time
