Pros
- When we implemented CS in our firm we changed from a homemade software to a total solution with great support. It was very exciting to be the first firm in the country that used this platform.
- The knowledge library is very comprehensive and has everything we need. All checklists, forms, etc. are all there that we use at our firm.
Cons
- Also, sometimes UltraTax does not allow hard input.
- There will be times where it will crash for no apparent reason. I believe we just have so much housed within it and it gets stuck and quits.
Pros
- Has out-of-the-box plugins already built for common ERPs like SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc. This eliminates enterprise clients' IT development efforts and results in faster delivery.
- I love the out of the box reporting, a click of the button gives me metrics on things that we previously would have to manage daily.
Cons
- Occasional issues accessing the High Radius system or critical errors that would cause interruption.
- We feel we are not getting full use of the system without these upgrades/enhancements. When some are implemented, no test parameters, and causes other areas of the program to fail.
