The software has saved me hours upon hours of work that I would have been doing manually. I love the software because of its affordability. It allows capacity for me to expand to add additional users as my business will grow in the future.

The client portal is what I love most. I can allow the client to participate in this process which is critical. They get to learn more intimately about how their income and expenses flow through their household.

There are features of the software that I am not taking full advantage of because I am not certain in what ways I can utilize the feature to my advantage.

I like the interface, easy to navigate and easy on the eyes. The fields and relation between them are logical. Also the support team has been great, and has actually made me aware of features I was not using which add to the value.

sometimes API messes up with weird error messages but not common. Also at first I would sometimes end up in the account/billing area when I sign on, not the client access area, but this seems like it was fixed.

over they have been really great to work with. The customer service is wonderful they go above and beyond to help with any problems

that the forms auto fill and you can make changes and it follows through to other forms they are always trying to improve.

it would be nice to have a per case charge instead of paying monthly if you aren't using it. Also would be nice to be able to turn off some features not needed to reduce the cost.

Overall IRS Solutions is a wonderful product and is continuing to develop and change with everyone's input. This product has definitely made it easier and more efficient.

Ease of use with the notes, streamline process, fast and efficient, love having one piece of software to do most everything.

Wish that transripts would automatically save when you download them instead of replacing. Little cumbersome to download and combine into a pdf. Also, wish that there were more options for the client profile when dealing with separated or divorced individuals.

It's good as a run of the mill program. I cannot stand that I always have to click the button at the bottom of the client page to see my entire caseload... that's obnoxious.

I like that it maintains my client's tax debt issues in one concise area for our use, and that we can easily pull transcripts whenever we need.

I don't like that I have to always click the tab at the bottom to see my entire list of clients - that is SUPER annoying. I also don't like that you can't split a personal financial statement to reflect the percentage one spouse brings into the household versus the other.

Being a former revenue officer I am easily able to use the software. You can get an idea of how the IRS operates.

I don't have any dislikes. Our frustrations are all IRS related. The software has adapted to the IRS' constant changes.

To be able to pull transcripts, conduct an interview and populate most forms needed in my every day use is amazing.

The client portal is not user friendly. None of my clients seem to be able to fill out their financial information or really navigate it all that well. Especially from their phones.

Clients love that I can quickly pull W&I and record of account transcripts without the hassle of them setting up their own IRS account or waiting for paper transcripts in the mail.

Cloud-based is what primarily enticed me to this software. In addition, it includes a large variety of sample letters and steps to take at each stage of tax resolution. Support is great, and responses are prompt.

Like anything cloud-based, it is going to be more expensive than anything installed on your desktop, like THS (Tax Help Services), which I also use. THS is about half the price and includes some features that IRS Solutions does not. For example, I really like the "home page" on THS which shows the status for all clients at a glance, which CAF approvals are set to expire soon, etc. Very informative. If IRS Solutions had all the features of THS, I would drop THS.

At first, I was quite skeptical especially when I saw the $7 initial monthly fee. Well, after a month of thinking about acquiring the software, I took the plunge and signed up. Honestly, within less than a month, I had my first PAID client!!! With the use of the videos and other supplemental material made available in the software, I just followed the steps and VOILA... I had my first PAID client. Now, I KNOW that the software is LEGIT and it works when and if YOU WORK IT!!!

I was blown away and continue to be blown away with the software's ease of use which in my opinion makes it SO POWERFUL!!!!

When I initially signed up, the user interface took a little time to get adjusted to, but once I became familiar with it, I was able to accelerate my productivity with the software EXPONENTIALLY...

Overall, the people are nice, I love the monthly groups and the new Facebook. Customer service is awesome. I would not consider practicing tax representation without it.

Every day I learn about more information and functionality with IRS Solutions. They just added a bankruptcy tab that allows me to gauge the time before IRS debt is discharged for a client. Add to that, whenever I need to quickly pull an IRS transcript or respond to a client's letter from the IRS I have a wealth of tools at my fingertips.

The log in is sometimes clunky. It seems like the software has grown, the internet has grown, but this is something like an old house that they keep adding on, rather than just doing a gut renovation.

The most useful tool for me is the quick diagnostic. It is only a guide, but can help point me in the right direction from the start.

I am constantly kicked out of the software and when I try to enter again, I have to log out, then log back in.
