Ease of use
Earlier we didn't had a proper client/task management system. This software has solved this problem to another level.
PROSThe compliance management is the marque feature of this software. It helps us in getting information about clients whose tasks need to be created beforehand. Also the todo, stages helps us in having a view at minute details about a task. Also the work done report has a detailed analysis on, which team member is performing what tasks at a daily basis or in a time period. This has helped our organization to take decisions instantly.
CONSThe system currently lacks a better notification, chat system integration within the app. So that our senior team members can be notified on each movement within the software.

Jamku 6 month Review
Jamku has been useful for our team and the integration of our data was really easy, the data import by Jamku team helped in easily getting everything on this software and the training videos and sessions helped is getting used to the software. It has overall been a mixed experience as once we started using it to the full extent, we could see that many more features could be implemented in the software. We have requested for multiple features for which we await the timeline and confirmation.
PROSThe below feature of this software are really helpful. - Bulk Task Creation - Copying tasks/ team members from previous months or other tasks - Maintaining passwords in the client profile - Folder List
CONSThe main thing this software is missing at the moment the 'Notification' feature. As spoken with Jamku Team, they are currently working on this and have launched a Jamku Chat application which is still in its Beta stage so it will improve in the coming months.
