We've barely needed to ask any questions of the online chat help but the questions we have asked have been answered quickly and clearly! Pixie manages our workflows, deadlines, reviews and any adhoc tasks we need to add as we go because it’s really simple to do that. Cons: Only thing that I'm not keen on is the need for Zapier to allow a couple of integrations we need but I understand these will soon be 'direct' and easier to set up. Reasons for choosing Pixie Pixie is intuitive and efficient but one of the things that pushed us to switch was when we learned Pixie integrated with Xama. I’d heard about Xama for streamlining our AML and client onboarding process, which I find to be one of the most uncomfortable parts of client management we have to do as bookkeepers / accountants. It’s so time consuming and clients aren’t fond of this process either. I had a demo of Xama in relation to Senta integration but the conversation mutated into future options for Xama and it became quite obvious that Pixie will provide the best integrated system for Xama’s future growth plans for managing all AML requirements! Reasons for switching to Pixie The interface of Senta was not easy to navigate, meaning that every time we needed to add a new task or adapt it, it was a task in itself to figure out how to do so. We spent a lot of time trying to navigate Senta, or waiting around for assistance from the helpdesk. Adapting tasks or creating one-off adhoc jobs was not an easy thing to do and we wanted something that was simple and intuitive, but effective. Read More DN Deep N.
