My customers love that it's so easy to use I love that there's very little for me to do. It is safe and secure no worries here.

No web integrated client management software. Very difficult to use software for communication purposed between students and management.

Overall it has been good. The people at AAC are always extremely helpful.

Ref IDs are my biggest pet peeve, they don't always work and I've lost emails this way from clients. This leads to a bad consumer experience for everyone involved.

Like I stated before, I was happy about the switch to Salesforce Lightning, but it has turned out to be great. I like that my emails and Talkdesk are integrated into Salesforce as well.
